FXCOIN has readjusted the reward distribution model after more than 12 hours of consulting to make it a fair distribution for investors and the company. According to the previous distribution model of 40/60 where investors were getting 40% and company was getting 60% (10% was considered as company cost), so investors were getting their total share 40% directly and the reinvestment was coming from only the company side. Now we have excluded the 10% company cost and added it to the investors side. So, now investors will get 50% of the profit and the company will have 50%. Now, about the reinvestment, if we consider investors and the company are equal, then the future distribute model becomes more efficient. Investors will have a cut of 10% from their 50% and same for company. So, total 10% + 10% = 20% will be used as reinvestment. From remaining 80%, investors will get half and the trader will get half. The investment pool will be growing now with both of investors & company's funds where previously it was growing with only the company's funds. FXCOIN HODLers will have rights in the 50% of the reinvestment amount. For example: if the presale capital is 100k, and the reinvestment becomes 500k, FXCOIN HODLers will have 250k and company will have 250k. In this way, it acts like an "insurance" policy. If the company wants to exit, they will have to distribute that 250k among the FXCOIN HODLers at that time. And if company wants to withdraw some funds i.e. 50k from reinvestment, they must have to distribute the same amount to the FXCOIN market. And also if we need a market support all at a sudden or something like pool has grown too high, then we will release some extra funds from investors side to the market as bonus that as reinvested funds. And we will take out the same amount that is traders investment. So it will make the final trading investments equal and always stays equal. And the developments and all other costs will be coming from dev fee from block rewards.Previous distribution model New distribution model:1. 40% for buyback

We are compensating all the PoW miners (even who mined after 5000-th block) whom we think are eligible for the compensation. The compensation will be provided in terms of BTC and 0.00003 BTC/per FXN as mentioned above. So, be sure to DM me @FxPro | FxCoin if you were a miner. Remember, we won't count any new miner after this announcement and the compensation is only for PoW miners. Compensation for PoS is valid till 5000-th block.

Swap deadline is over now. After having a discussion and consulting with VAULT team we took a decision that we will not provide a swap anymore but we will pay you BTC for each coin. Amount to be paid as 0.00003btc/per FXN coin i.e, same as our current MN selling price 0.3BTC/MN. Old collateral was 10000 for a MN and new with 1000FXN/MN. Ratio 10:1. Payments will be given starting from next week SUNDAY and can take 1 or 2 weeks to clear all the payments depending on our profit we generate from next week onwards. Payments will be made in basis of 1st come 1st serve i.e, whoever has transferred the coins 1st into our wallet after announcement gets paid 1st . With the amount you get you can choose to reinvest in our coin or keep that btc and move on. (And no payments will be given for the coins generated after 5000 block number)
This decision was made in looking into the best interest of our FxCoin future, community, growth and our investors. And we will be no longer a RECRYO under VAULT but we will be a new CRYO project from now on. All the coins will be frozen and will be kept inder vault. No loose coins will be out except the rewards selling in the exchange.
Their will be no airdrops, bounty, free coin giveaways, rain bots, etc will be conducted by our Team. We think our coin is more worthy and valued more than any other coin. So if you want to get into our project then only way is to buy our coins from presale (no other way to get your hands into our project). May we know what are your alternative plans as stated to make your project successful? Other than selling masternodes, which is for sure a good initial source of funds for your project, what are your other plans to make this coin valuable as compared to other thousands of altcoins?
Maybe read the thread one more time.  Our profit sharing and coin burning formula will make it valuable than any other existing altcoin! |
