Hello, dear community!

Recently, our "potential investor" has tried to scam us.
This post is created in order to let all of you (and those who will google them) know that they are scammers and you do not have to waste a second on talking with them and trying to do anything in business terms.

Some details:

The company from Lichtenstein called ACC-Holding ( www.acc-holding.com ) is offering to buy your token (if you are planning to do a coin offering in any way) or to buy a cryptocurrency by different means - wire transfer, another crypto.
What is important - they are not asking anything in advance (otherwise we would not even talk to them).

Bernard Hollenstein (CEO)
Alexandre Weinberg (Financial Director) (phone number +41 77 999 58 94)
Edouard Forestier (Consultant) (phone numbers +39 350 981 7585 and +44 7733 428385)
Maurice Gardin (Consultant)
Most probably these are fake identities.
All the conversations have been conducted via WhatsApp messages and calls.

The story:
We have been approached by Edouard Forestier who saw our fundraising initiatives on the internet and said that their family office (holding) is currently interested in investing in crypto and newly generated tokens.
We have sent them all the materials related to our TGE after signing an NDA. They said they are very interested and willing to close our seed-stage round, paying us up front with a wire transfer or crypto, and offered to meet in person in Amsterdam to discuss the details and see each other.

We have met Alexandre Weinberg in Amsterdam and negotiated the deal that they will buy for X amount of money 50% of our tokens that will be generated in May and for 50% any kind of stable coin with a wire transfer.
After we came back and started to prepare everything for the deal, they have changed the conditions in order to feel more comfortable, as they were not willing to pay that much X upfront. We negotiated for a minor deal in order to check each other and according to that deal, they were willing to exchange 10 ETH into BUSD as to the exchange rate. We negotiated that we will send BUSD as soon as 10 ETH transaction is confirmed in the blockchain.

And here is the scam, which we believe is just funny for everybody around here - they have sent 10 ETH on Ropsten Testnet, trying to convince us that this is real ETH, etc.
They have even tried to blackmail us because we "have stolen" their 10 ETH.

Conclusion:
Wherever you see ACC Holding trying to "buy" something from you - just don't waste your time, as we did.
Hopefully, this can be beneficial for somebody in the community.

We would like to take a stand on the allegations made in this post. We would also like to ask Bitcointalk moderators to ban the author of the above post due to unjustified allegations and disparagement.

For the community, we would like to clarify the above mentioned issues:
1)  The author is saying that our platform “claims to be” a licensed institution, where in fact, our company is a licensed institution and information regarding that can be easily found in open sources or by following the link on our main page. Our license is valid and term-less and our KYC/AML procedures are being conducted according to the rules of FIU.
2)  We are not charging 10% daily interest on leveraged amounts, we are charging 10% annual interest on a daily basis. Which means that if you have taken a leveraged (100-1) position for let’s say 1000 USD, then you owe 990 USD in total which is not interest-free and is charged as 990 * 0.1 / 365 = 0.27 USD per day.
3)  The size of the leverage positively correlates with risk and potential result. Options with the highest leverage can get stopped-out quite quickly if the BTC price moves in the wrong direction.
4)  As you came from Fractal which offers a unique promotion of 100% bonus on the first deposit of up 150 USD to the user, the authors has gotten his bonus. According to the rules of this promotion, this is bonus money that you can only withdraw if your deposit and bonus have been invested into one of our products at least once. That is why your withdrawal has been rejected.
5)  It is obvious the author lacks understanding of how options operate and are priced in general. His understanding when it comes to options traded with leverage is even worse. There are many parameters in the Black-Scholes formula that are taken into account when pricing an option. Volatility is one of them. Taking into account that volatility of BTC also changes and fluctuates over time, so do the options which use BTC as the underlying asset.
6)  Derivates and especially options are very volatile and risky trading instruments, this is the exact reason why they are potentially so profitable.
7)  There are thousands of happy active Bitlevex users depositing, trading and withdrawing their funds every day.

and as we talked before i use tor and you said you wont require kyc and the only complain i see about that in this thread is from a guy that used multiple referral with the same ip.and this is not my case i deposit and only asked for the deposited amount back.i am not this guy you saying i am.i told you to show my proof beyond the shared ip and you didnt showed me anything.next time tell your users that your casino is not vpn/tor friendly and you should give at least my btc back that i needed.what you are doing is stealing ! i did not done any that you told i have done cause that account is not mee !!! i need my money back !!

They dont want to pay back my deposit,i deposit on this casino and played a bit then i need it my money back and i asked for the deposited ammount back,then they've told me i had the same ip as other guy,and i never created any account there before,never!i always used tor and others but never created other account and i did not abuse their referral program as seen in the past in this thread,i only asked for my deposit back and then they told my system info was like other user and i told them to explain to me and told that this was impossible,and they stopped replying me,i didn't even won anything i just wanted my btc back,this casino is scam

Thanks for the questions.
Yes, we will be adding a social aspect so people can speak internally and share ideas on which new traders can learn from, or just to have fun during trading. But as we all know, trading crypto is gaining momentum and a lot of newcomers would like to step into the game. Copytrading is also one of the aspect we are looking to implement into the platform this year. At this stage we're at - there will be BTC/ETH, BTC/ETC, BTC/DASH, BTC/LTC, BTC/ZEC, BTC/EOS, BTC/BCH trading pairs, and all wallets will be supported for deposits and withdrawable. In early 2020, we will be adding fiat pairs as well, because we will provide escrow services.
