Isn't better first to fix pool and then to do other things? It's still disconnecting. So even you increase or decrease , what is the point when we cant connect and mine ?

by my opinion i think that reward of 35k is too much. Why? because by this there is a lot of coins and their value is low because of too many coins produced by block.

you told to give my coins to team ? why ? they are mine, so i will do what i want with them , sell burn , put in the sink but main idea is this project to work. WITHOUT working pool and miners not even one exchange will start trading. Is simple if you are not following : if you buy x FT1 and want to transfer to your account you MUST to have working pool.

if reward is 35 000 coins, then each miner will get his reward, BUT if there is NO working pool reputation of project and coin will be 0 and not single one will want to buy coins.  
if there is 35 000 miners then each will take 1 coin (if they are using all same hash power) if there is more , difficulty will increase and again each user will get some share of it.
But if there is 10 miners and nobody can connect pool then something is not ok, is centralizing of coin which gives us opposite point of crypto existence. Isn't it ?

so give your coins to who you want, i will gladly accept your coins, but you need to thing what you write before you write to someone

I'm on this project since announcement.
When we (me) ask that's because i'm careful and im thinking of this project.
I asked very clear, if mining / pool is not working how will you proceed , as for exchangers it need block explorer and pool/miners to work.
if is off then we have problem.
for example , if i want to buy x FT1 coins with btc eth whatever , how i will transfer to my account without working pool/mining.
Concept of mining is to have proof of transfer (independent/ which miners will confirm)
and that is why me or some other member is writing.
i think everyone here is clear and smart enough to see that every new project is huge gamble.
sometimes will succeed sometimes not.
we are all here to help this project to succeed , and of course we want to have info .
if i loose my coins im aware of risk, but i want to be informed not to waste resources.

why ? Admin or owner of FT1 is not replaying.
Solving problems of pool more than a week is nonsense, as exchanges wouldn't allow this, because there is no blockchain / explorer which can confirm all transactions and this makes possibility oof fraud
