anybody here has any experience with their support team ? I have a lot of questions regarding the KYC thing so tried contacting the live support and got no answer from them at all

I think it is much better if you also include some community site in this ANNOUNCEMENT THREAD, like the facebook, twitter, youtube, etc. Because I just only saw it on the website, not here.
Another one is, do you have any Telegram group/channel or any related to something like that, so we as users in the site will notify some new announcement or news and events.

Are those on this list restricted countries or only countries marked in bold? My country is not on the list but unfortunately the internet provider that I use is blocking your site, do you allow us to use VPN if in that case? All countries stated in the picture are restricted. im already download it on my phone but the app sometime going freeze and i cant do anything for 1 minute then i can close after that. now is maintenance for 4 hours i hope you can fix this bug, that very annoying i guess  I don't see anything negative with using paypal for payment settlement with gambling. As a matter of fact it offers a two layer security when it is linked. But then again, if the site is accepting cryptocurrency that would be much more easier for the players. Good thing for Natural8, and accepting 20 cryptoccurencies is great giving more option their players.
I don't want to link my personal information in any gambling platforms when it comes to the payment system, that's the reason why I didn't use any payment processor that involves personal details(like Paypal you've said). I preferred to use cryptocurrencies and there are 20 selected cryptocurrencies. But I'm just curious, can I use other wallets aside from the CoinsPayments wallet? Because it was stated here. I love to see more deposit and withdrawal methods to the platform, glad to see that there are already more than 20 cryprocurrencies that accepted in Natural8.com, hoping more cryprocurrency and any payment method will be listed. There were some restrictions in obtaining Paypal as one of our deposit and withdrawal options. We are still working on it and also increasing the number of options available in our in-game cashier. |

I understand that some of you would prefer to play on web based version of our client, the feature was taken off just recently due to under-usage, most of our existing player prefers to play it on their mobile or laptop/desktop. I have suggested to my team about bringing back our web version, hopefully they will consider it.
