My name is William Terry Howell. I go by Terry. I am the COO of Nexxus Rewards. I exist. I know all of our leadership personally. We meet on a regular basis; some of us every week. I have a doctor's degree and post-doctoral work and 35 years of professional experience most of which was at the C suite level. I have helped start, grow and sell companies. I have worked in hospitals and hospital systems all over the country as a consultant, mostly within the C suite.  I have also served on the C Suite of two large hospitals with 700 million to 1 billion in revenue. I'm not trying to impress anyone and only share this just in case you need to know if our executive team has experience. We do.

Just so you know, I don't need to work and I certainly don't need to steal money from any of you. But I do understand your caution. Given the despicable behavior that has been exhibited throughout the young history of cryptocurrency, you are wise to be cautious.

Much like the stock market, two emotions dominate this young industry: fear and greed. But there are other reasons to think about investing in a company or a coin; doing good for others. The reason that I became interested in Nexxus Rewards is that its approach is disruptive and innovative in a very positive way. Disruptive innovation is a strong interest of mine especially since writing the aforementioned book. Nexxus Rewards is designed to help charities, small merchants and shoppers in new and exciting ways. It has great utility and has been tested thoroughly. We have a strong strategic plan, know the market, prioritize what we do wisely and know how to get things done. We have built the concept and support infrastructure solidly over the last three years.

We are not looking to get rich quick, that's a fool's errand. We are building a solid company with an important mission. We are looking for capital to help us do it right. I, personally, would love for you to participate but understand if you don't. Remember, you can lose money by getting scammed and you can lose money by missing out on a really sound business idea. So I know it is a tough decision.

We made a mistake. We are currently busy on multiple fronts, so I suspect we will make more. Most people that actually accomplish something do make mistakes. Bob Wood, our CEO, admitted the mistake that understandably frightened some of you. He apologized for it and he meant what he said. So we are done with that.
