If you don't mind going through KYC, you can take a look at Coinbase. If that offer is not available in your region, you can try Paxful or Localbitcoins but you need to be careful, as there are plenty of scams.

Another option (can be risky as well) would be the currency exchange section. As you're the one using BTC, you can easily find people to trade with, just make sure you're dealing with trusted members (check their trust history on their profiles).

Hello @OP, since you are going to exchange big amount I believe you know the risk about PayPal. But just reminder, PayPal is reversible even after 180 days of sold date. That's the lack of use PayPal. So please be careful about the risk. You can't reverse your bitcoin if seller reverse his PayPal. Just look for a trusted exchanger, hope you will get someone, just keep patience.
