Did I stutter? I would like to list a token, where do I apply? any fees ?
^is that a joke? One is an ugly old forum where mr satoshi used to post, other is an exchange with a business in mind. Sure, I understand there needs to be a protection against the spammers, scammers, ... but come on. Now I understand why the unofficial announcement was bombarded with hatred since it didn't use any decorations, images, etc. Good luck, I am out of here ! Lock your thread before you go! Edit: newsflash - they both have to at least cover their cost of operation. Edit2: I'm officially resigning from the Bitcointalk welcoming committee. These youngsters want everything handed to them on a silver platter and for free! The year is 2019, topic regarding the image posting is becoming an absurd, and by the way I am much older than you might have imagined. I would lock the topic but I am afraid I am going to have to pay for that too. Good luck too in your quest for a crypto forum that will be much better than Bitcointalk. I do hope you find a spam free forum where you will be able to engage in discussions that receive quicker responses and not have to wait for 5 days to receive a response from someone. I'd rather wait 5 days for a good answer than be bombarded with hatred. There's no hatred here. I gave you all the information you needed quite quickly and you came back with " I hope this is a joke..." so I thought you were up for a right-back-at-you-smartass reply... this is afterall 2019 Not you man, you are OK. And thank you for such a fast reply ! |

Stop overreacting. You can pay to enable images right now, or you can contribute to the forum, wait some time and get this benefit yourself for free (like I and most users did). The reason you can't do that immediately with a Newbie account is that there were too many spammers posting NSFW and troll pictures, so a restriction was required. That's not hard to understand. Welcome to the internet. You know what! ... You made a lot of sense, and thank you so much for such a great answer  I will do my best to contribute to a community in hope that the community will react the same way. I will try to turn the hatred into something useful and valuable. All the best, and thank you once again ! |

what's this token for?
If you are talking about what this token will be used for, other than contract and exchanges, I am gathering data about some existing web-pages and trying to make them work with the token's inner mechanism. There are several ideas, but first things first... registering a trademark and a company, then comes research and then a development... Web3j looks promissing and I hope that it will change the way the DApps are currently made with JavaScript (which I am not a fan of). |

How is it deflationary and also stable?
What value is it pegged to?
What (reputable) entity guarantees it's stable / stays pegged to that certain value?
Great questions. In terms of Ethereum, you can get your Ethereum back at any time from a contract at the highest loss of 2% (unless making transfers to other accounts). Deflation is done by burning the tokens and by having a limited total supply. The 2% charge is kept with a contract for everyone's benefit. This is how it is stable and deflationary. It can be interpreted as an ETH wrapper, and since it is open source and since nobody owns the contract, you are the authority of your own tokens. The USD deflationary token with the same mechanism is under a development. |

I don't think that 2% fee is good percentage for exchanging token to Ethereum.
There are swaps who can do that for less even now from tokens to ethereum...
There was a community vote, and this percentage had to be at least the same as a transfer fee reduction. Initial idea was to make it free of any reduction but then the token would fail its purpose... you could simply convert back to ETH and back to HZ again without sending HZ to any other account... Others would have agreed with you, some even voted for a 10% reduction... majority made a decision to have it at 2% . |
