Thankfully in my country there is no clear legislations regarding the use of Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Hence, I don't have to care about paying taxes. However, am not against it and won't mind paying my taxes if Bitcoin becomes regulated. There was a time when new entrants wanted to reach goal of 21 BTC, i.e. one in a million. Then it became Satoshi Billionaire, i.e. 10 BTC. Then 21 million club, i.e. 1 BTC. Now, owning 1 BTC is difficult and being a Satoshi Millionaire is the new goal.
You need to be kidding, 0.01 It's a little amount of money, in terms of Fiat and Bitcoin, a real accomplishment should be to own at least 10% of the total value of one BTC. 0.1 wich it's market value today it's something around 800$, Why I said this arbitrary value? Because it's an easy amount to get for almost anyone in the world with the willingness to put the necessary effort to get it. And also the BTC value in 2016 was around $ 600 - $ 800 before this crazy ride to $ 20K, so getting 0.1 at least should give anyone a taste of riding the Bitcoin-like if were in 2017 if we get into a new bull run straight to $ 100K. Bitcoin is known for its volatility. There nothing crazy about it. Historically Bitcoin has been more volatile than what it did on Nov 12th. If you go back and check the price of Bitcoin for the last two years, it has outperformed.
The current price of Bitcoin is $8800. If you. Heck the price in the last two years it was:
2018 12th of Nov - $6371
2017 12th of Nov - $5950.
There is an increase of $2850 if I consider the price of 2017. Therefore everything is going in the right direction. Stay positive..

Nice comparison but Gold cannot be equated with bitcoin. Gold is Gold but Bitcoins have thousands of rival cryptos.

Let's discuss the potential effects of stable coins which are bound to usd or eur. We usually use them to avoid the volatility or short bitcoin in a way. There are many stable coins in the last year. By writing threat, I didn't mean issues like tether's issue. I mean, they are not coins, they are just usd and eur.
I dont think Bitcoin has threat with any stable coin. Bitcoin is way difference from fiat. |
