Yikes. They even have a VIP account on the forum, and it looks like they are pretty big in the russian sector of bitcointalk and that is their main market where hey operate.
Have you tried threatening legal action? I am sure that you guys are in the right here, and there are definelty going to be scared if you threaten legal action. Have you found their company details, and do they have an address and a team behind the exchange?
I search they website. registered at UK. But operate by Russian country. i found some other exchange or review... some people are complaint about they withdrawal is slow. even they website mentioned 24 hours delay. Imagine, withdrawal btc rate at 9,000.. delay for 24 hours.. rate dropped to 8,000.. Now even worst, delay 3 weeks. |

Even i create zen support ticket. they closed it.

I see that you already created a flag against the the Bitlish profile. It's better if you post the link to the flag in your original post. The user was active yesterday. I received email from them. but not sure is them or not.. cause is not official email. Proof: https://ibb.co/2ZhLVMLThis is a different person and most likely another scammer. Yes, agree. that's why in first word. i suspect could be other. due to different email, and is not from official. Have you asked on the official Twitter channel ?? and why you use this exchange platform, obviously there aren't many users, it's a shame that large transactions on the exchange are still less secure. i am not that good on complaint. Any site that better than this forum? I can share to any platform. Since i can't get back my fund, nothing to lose. better share as much as i can. Actually, i did share all proof of screenshot with some other platform too. just to aware others. If hire lawyer sue me, then will be great! since i have all the evidence. Facebook and twitter or any official of bitlish. i guess those bad review or comment can be removed. So, is useless to making complaint there. Even zen support. the way they answer. is consider gone case to me. |

Announce themselves with top btc company. how can delay for 2 weeks? You guys can check the website with just registered any email. go to bitcoin withdrawal or send.. you cans see it.. all withdrawal will take 24 hours. Huge company, processing time is 24 hours! My case, 2 weeks! i am sure some other will have longer than me. Currently, 1 btc rate at $7500.. if you buy a product at $7500 you sent 1btc to seller. After 24 hours, seller only received 1 btc. Proof: https://ibb.co/2ZhLVMLDo they have a telegram channel or official social media account, if they have then contact them directly there, they seems to have a valid requirements that they are requesting, if you can provide that, do provide it, some exchanges do ask that kind of verification. This is the first time I read about that exchange please update us on the development I am willing to support the flag. My account verified. after that i verified with selfish with holding my card and paper written " for bitlish card payment" After that, i also asked support to double and triple confirm all things about card deposit. then i only confident to deposit... Starting, is smooth when small amount. When is huge, bad things has happened. as you can see my case. I have web knowledge, that's why i trying to share on forum to aware others. I am sure many victims that they don't have right way to do Scam accusation. Showed so much info. Such screenshot on bitlish website, zen support, gmail * i am sure sooner, people will say those image can be edited. Push back all my word... So, you guys believe or not. is up to you. want to me victim like me, just go ahead with them. 2 weeks, keep email asking for them to get back the fund.
all email replied is the same "WAIT" , such general answer.
Please, think again, 12,000 with them... suffer for 2 weeks of waiting.
2 weeks, can see bitcoin rate drop like hell...

With that said, please update us about your funds. Try working with your local bank to hopefully get back your hard-earned money. Failed to get back.. i intent to chargeback. I called my bank. they failed to chargeback due to some "payment code". then i called to visa. Visa said this is international transaction. Which hard charge back due to merchant is using "XXX payment code". I did called 3-5 times to bank and visa. spoke to different dept about my case. no one able to solve it. |

Create a flag and move this to the Scams Accusations board. They clearly fuck you up. Nothing can be done except telling people that they kept your money. how to create flag? i am new to this forum. i am sure other have this problem too. I am trying aware other users about this. |

What happened:: I did research on forum and found bitlish is a good exchanger. they offer card deposit with very low rate. this forum, they said is 0% charges in deposit somemore. So, i decided to use it. At first, i deposit small amount. Seems alright. Afterthat, deposit big amount. then they started not allow me withdrawal. Full of terms and general answer. i also snap photo with my card with my face together to proof it.
Before deposit, i am asking and asking.
any problem on card? they answerred, no problem at all.
I tried to deposit some amount.. seems alright.
But when big amount, is not OKAY..
Now they refused to withdrawal.
