44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ZenX] Zentoshi - Cutting Edge Technology meets Business - Launches Nov. 7 on: November 09, 2019, 11:47:28 AM
Well the 7th November came and went. This project failed to take off on the launch date and this thread was not even updated.

Their social media and Telegram was not much help in letting people know what was going on.

We updated everyone in our Discord and Telegram where they look for our news. As you will probably notice, not a single person actually interested in our project made comment about it on this very forum. The only one making nasty waves is you and your band of alt accounts that talk to each other miraculously across this forum in tandem. none of you are not even looking forward to our launch, our technology, or anything productive. So good day.

To the people who care:

We ran into a small issue at crunch time: there is an unusual bug which occurs while a node is mining and minting at the same time, whilst deterministic masternode, quorum signing and chainlocks are all enabled.

Which was detrimental to our launch. We have since fixed this issue and have a new countdown for our launch time.

Jollygood, I am not sure why you are such a negative person, or so toxic to the "new coin" community (the opposite of what you represent in your name) but your comments do not scare us away.

It looks like they will not continue this project, it looks they are less communicative with everyone, I think this will end soon.

We have gone no where, just busy making fixes and communicating our delays to the community through our channels.

If anyone wants news from the source, we are all always available to chat on our discord and telegram... night or day.

Cheers.
Zentoshi Team

I had to unblock you from my IGNORE listy to read the message and after reading it placed you back on IGNORE.

I already view your social media and Telegram from to time (occasionally) but do not flatter yourself, I am not too interested in your project at all but am aware of the reasons given for failure to adhere to the much publicised launch date. I was not surprised  Roll Eyes

I am keeping an eye on it from time to time to just to be sure the line between "failed project" and "scam" is not crossed.

Hello JollyGood,
We appreciate your diligence on this forum, please continue taking a look at our project. However with building new technology comes delays, we don't think this means we are a failed project, in fact in doing anything that advances the technology of this field or stepping into the unknown you'll find new obstacles. While we could just fork some PIVX code and be on our way, we promise to our community to keep working hard and being transparent and honest.

We look forward to proving you wrong,
See you in a bit,
Zentoshi Team

Hello bitpotter,
Telegram has been updated about 3 hours before launch date that we hit unexpected issues found through our Testnet. We also made multiple announcements on our discord, we've been working hard at fixing these and figured anyone that is involved will see it on discord rather than on here.
We also don't have a definitive date as to when these problems will be fixed, probably looking at a week delay, but until then we will wait to update the thread until we can give a time and are in the process of redesigning the art used on the thread to update it once we can give a date. Thank you for checking in  Smiley

this has been the community feedback, which are inspiring for how understanding they are.

Well the 7th November came and went. This project failed to take off on the launch date and this thread was not even updated.

Their social media and Telegram was not much help in letting people know what was going on.

We just wasted our time on giving them advises how to properly start and present this project. Any new project needs a lot of time and some investments in advertising to achieve results. This dudes ignored all this. They thought that everyone will jump on board with bags of money, only because it is blockchain related project. That times of scammy ICO's past and now nobody will invest a single dollar in a project that is presented in zentoshi way.

Hello Mosprognoz,
How are you?

It's been a while, but we tried to inform you last time, we're not making this thread so "everyone will jump on board with bags of money." We tried to get you to become more informed, suggesting you read the whitepaper before you make these statements about our project. We will restate it for you, We are not an ICO. Most ICO's are illegal, and being classified as a Utility coin under House Bill 70 means we can't be an ICO and operate as a business. We're not here for people to jump on board and throw money at us. If you read our whitepaper or anything about this project, all of you would know that we funded this project with our own money.
And we will continue to do so until the project is live and we have something to offer.
So I repeat, for you mosprognoz, and for you JollyGood,
We're creating something here that you won't find on any other project. Are we going to hit delays while building something new? Yes. Is this the easiest way forward? No. Are we just going to give up like you suggested? No. Are we going to go away because of unsubstantiated scrutiny? No. Are we begging for money as we spend our savings into this project because we truly believe in it? No

So before you call us a scam, or make any other uninformed statements, please be patient. We will build this technology, and help all of the blockchain technology take a step forward. No its not easy, and yes there will be delays, but we're doing this out of our own funds, and at 0 risk to you, an outsider who is just shouting. We're the ones working hard, our devs who are spending sleepless nights, our team who is building every component of this project. Sure it's easy to be skeptical, and shout hate, and from what we've seen from your profile you're quite known in this community for bringing down scams. But we haven't seen you endorse a new project in a very long time, neither of you,so be patient, and we promise you'll have something to look at that you've never seen before

the team looks fake as fuck.

most probably stole the images from somewhere and using them to instill a false sense of legitimacy.

this shit just feels like a scam.

To be clear, I understand your sentiments because they have made a mistake by using paid shills and sock-puppets to post in this thread, that was a major error as it took away the conversation from any potential business and project to questions about their integrity instead.

The second major error was this insistence on feigning ignorance about it and trying to switch it around by playing the victim card instead.

Hello JollyGood,
How are you,
The official team did not order any services for pumping the announcement. if you have confirmation, please present.
Perhaps which of the project investors has taken their own initiative, we admit it. But we cannot forbid people to do this. Although we do not approve of such actions.
We have paid for 0 shilling, and the real conversation about any potential business and project has been happening in our discord which people have been consistently joining. As we mentioned everyone is free to join and devise their own opinion, we welcome everybody  Cheesy

Thank you,

48  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Zentoshi- Shilling their own Ann thread on: November 04, 2019, 01:53:39 PM
Thank you for starting this thread.

There is irrefutable evidence that newbies including one that woke up after over a 2 year gap to make one post between 2017 and 2019. When raising the question about how this happened they claim ignorance.

They do not first read and adhere to the rules of this forum when creating a thread, and these bumping services thrives on this, they offer their services to devs who do not know the forum rules and this is the reason they landed here, it's not only about your project, it's also how you behave here when promoting your project here.
This is a great example to those thinking of hiring paid shills and using sock-puppets to pump threads. Those days are long gone where the fake accounts can push threads back to the top of the listings pages.

Project owners with real honest and genuine businesses that are considering going down the route of hiring sock-puppets to pump their threads with trash posts such as "Nice project, tell me more" and "Wow, looks like a great project with great team" are liable to face scam accusations because if any one part of a business is a scam then there is nothing to stop other parts of the business being scams too.

I would never trust a project. It displays all character of fraud and scam. Employing ANN bumping and shilling services is outright unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior.

Members should keep their eyes peeled and avoid wasting time and resources on such shady projects.
Yes I agree with you. This project is untrustworthy simply on the basis of the hiring of paid shills. They are to blame for taking the conversation away from it being about the project rather than about the integrity of the team.

As for the viability of the project itself, that too sees to be a very weak ideal which cannot succeed and the basis of that is the inexperience and lack of business acumen of the team behind it.

They do not first read and adhere to the rules of this forum when creating a thread
Nope, they don't.  I suspect most of these garbage ICOs don't read or even care that there are rules here.  And frankly it amazes me that these scams (assuming this is one) are still being perpetrated.  That means they have to still be profitable, which means people are still buying these coins, investing money in the projects, and helping them to advertise.  Unbelievable.

I would never trust a project. It displays all character of fraud and scam.
Yep.  ANN bumping is a fairly old practice, and it could be that the project is just being dishonestly aggressive in marketing it--but I doubt it.  My guess is that it is indeed a scam, though I could be completely wrong and I'm not accusing this project of scamming.  That isn't a hard guess, because over 9/10ths of them seem to be, or are proven to be in the end.  Bumping ANN threads incessantly isn't OK though.
Excellent post, thank you The Pharmacist.

The case for it being a scam hence the paid shills and the case for aggressive marketing both can be made here depending on how you see it - I stopped short of calling it scam. Your guess though could be correct because they have pre-mined coins and that immediately casts shadows on the project and the motives behind the owners. Theoretically, they wanted they could dump their coins at any time they wanted to exit without making an announcement so investors will be left with zero value coins, it has happened before with others projects of course.

I think when inevitable questions will be asked the people behind the project must be kind, courteous and helpful at all times. When the social media and promotions manager that will receive payment in tokens for representing and assisting the company (Yankeeruinx) has failed at the first hurdle and posts highly offensive replies and provides the most flimsy of explanations on exactly how an army of sock-puppets posted around 75% of all posts in the first 3 pages of their thread as can be seen here but the post was made without knowing at that time that the full member I listed (Yankeeruinx) was employed by them so the that did not correctly reflect because the paid shills percentage would have risen: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196479.msg52952920#msg52952920

Of the posts made in this thread (excluding posts from the thread starter and those questioning its integrity necromastery x1, mine x1 and mosprognoz x1), it is dominated with newbies making around 72% (or 23 out of 32) posts.
///////////////////////////////////

I dont know how many times we need to say this... but we do not pay for shilling, we have never paid for our thread to be bumped, and you all keep unnecessarily categorizing these newbie accounts as paid shills when in fact they have never been paid for such a service. We did not hire a group to shill, we did not hire individuals to shill, and we never will. We have however promoted to our community to come see us on BitcoinTalk forums, and it is very possible through their excitement they posted with fresh accounts.

We have been collecting community members since 2018, some of which have never been into cryptocurrency before, some of which have no clue how bitcoin works, and some of which just want to help support our cause. We love our community, and we are sorry if they broke a rule (which we DID NOT) by being over zealous in their dialogue and interaction with our thread.

What is funny, is we have had at least 30+ people come to us this week with their shilling services. I haven't woken up one day without an inbox full of them on my discord and telegram. If you guys are truly serious in getting these kinds of services banned from this forum, tell me and I will supply you names because I refuse to pay any of them. We are all about organic growth. Paid shills, paid twitter, paid facebook, etc is not organic and is usually all bots and fake accounts.

We were really hoping to end this, but I can see you have no plans to do so, and our experience with this forum has been nothing but toxic and hostile.

Why does it have to be this way? We are trying to be genuine here and you match that each time with more hostility. There is no reason to attack us in this way, and crypto should not be like this. Crypto culture needs to evolve away from these things, and people need to be more mature. If this non-sense keeps going on across this market, crypto will never grow to its full potential as it scares everyone off.

I’m sorry but no you absolutely are making a huge issue out of nothing and doing everything you can to undermine the project.
You did that yourself the moment you got sock-puppets to post here.

I never wanted to undermine this project, I pointed out several flaws because paid shills from a pumping service that you instructed to post here in order to generate fake buzz brought it to the attention of one user who bought it to my attention.

Red flag 1 and 2 are essentially the same thing, newbie accounts or inactive ones suddenly becoming active and posting here. They already said we made a big deal about the ANN thread launching, I even wrote an article about it for our Medium and shared it in all our socials to let everyone know so of course it will direct some traffic here as that was the intention to give visibility to this thread.
Your post on Medium was not the reason sock-puppets posted here. The OP claimed he did not know anything about therefore you being their social media and promotions manager were the one that used them only to see it spectacularly backfire. Blaming it on an article instead of owning does nothing except casts further doubt on this project.

As for actually posting here my 2 posts I made in this thread prior to today have been dealt with here as I got called out as a “professional shillers”

Yes I read both links you provided and it strengthens my view that the Medium article is being used as a convenient scapegoat.

Red Flag 3 being the T&C as said it will be dealt with but as it’s the weekend they just did a quick change until the proper fix can be put in place.
You repeating what I already stated.

So can you please explain what exactly further needs to be done here to address these 3 concerns of yours.
No.

I will give it a couple of days before maybe popping back here to see what is going on an what other users are posting.

Hello JollyGood,

Our T's and C's and Privacy Policy have been added to our website. These are living documents and may be revised at anytime. I hope moving forward we prove to you that we are here to stay, and further blockchain technology for the market as a whole! We have much planned that is unannounced which is very exciting developments that will assist the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies and bring more adopters to this space. We have to start somewhere as we are but a small startup at present, but have so much to offer to this market. Sorry for any and all hostilities from all parties involved. I hope we can start fresh. We should all be nicer going forward.

Cheers,

is there any active mining pool , im intrested to mine this coin.
reserved for exchange updates, thanks

Hello!

We are currently running a testnet, you can see how your mining gear performs through our modified balloon hashing algo if you wish. All you require is an AMD or Intel processor, it is a memory hard CPU mining algo. We also have PoS enabled to alongside PoW. We have more details in our Discord!

We will be working with 2 mining pools at launch on Nov. 7, one being BSoD.pw who have been a great partner of ours thus far!

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well,
We feel as if this thread is getting derailed, we understand your concern Jolly, could you give a chance for other people to talk, if even to share your concerns, it seems you are quite attached to our project. While I appreciate your consistent involvement, it is creating pages where no real dialogue is taking place. We believe you have listed your concerns at this point and given plenty for people to think about, please let other investors have a chance to speak as this is our thread for our ANN.
We are not dreamers, in fact we expected hate and a lot of resistance that comes with building cutting-edge technology. In a world full of PIVX clones on outdated versions, there will always be backlash to those who pave the future of the technology. What we've been building for a year and half, there is no other project like it. Bitcoin core v0.18 & dash deterministic MNs, people will even come to fork our code once we're done here.
We understand those people might not include you, as you do not like our project, but the technology is real, the team that built it is real, the platforms that use the tech are real whether you call us dreamers or scammers we're here to stay. In fact our testnet is up if anyone wants to test and see that technology first hand.
We ask you kindly, you have stated your concerns and your red flags, people will have a chance to read it and make up their own mind, at this point isn't this beyond just good intentions?
Thank you for your service on BTT,
We know in this crypto world full of scams that it is often our first response to look at the bad of a project, we've become jaded from scams, money lost, dreams crashed and exits. But we assure you, if you wait until we are live and see the change we are making in this space, you would be all for it.

I advised OP to update the thread with links to team members social media profiles provided by him.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196479.msg52959117#msg52959117

But nothing was done. And one more question. What is the total supply of coins and how big is the premine?

The links for team members are all in the OP (at the bottom) as requested. I believe they are also being added to the website too once some other tasks are completed.

Coin Specs are in the OP and also in the post directly above yours.

I see. OP saved some money and time. He did not changed anything in ANN. He just added all links at the end of the topic as a post. Ok. We have 2 500 000 coins as a premine.... Could I ask what is the total supply? because it is not mentioned in "Economic Specification" And one more question. Are you a developer or a team member? Because you are answering all questions instead of OP.

Hello mospronoz,

Yes, in business it is often smart to have your balance sheet and financials checked out. We do not believe any attempt to save money nor time when we are working hard to build new technology and going live should be something looked down upon. Plainly stating, we have a community to satisfy rather than your demands; to answer your other questions, we limited what is on the website and put it all in the whitepaper, which we spent 4 months carefully writing and 6 months to design for you all to read and enjoy. You'll find its quality unparalleled anywhere else much like the quality of our technology. Understand that changing designs on a website, and then having that design coded 1:1 is expensive, it took us a week to design the BTT ANN, and much longer to design our website.
We're focusing on going live and then we will make these changes.
We hope you understand that this is our business, and we make decisions that we feel is best on how to operate it, with our combined years of running and managing successful projects.
We are thankful for your understanding and your concerns that you have listed,
We ask that you please let the thread continue on, as you have given the readers 2-3 pages to read, and this is enough at this point,
Thank you,
Zentoshi Team

Hello,

We have 2,500,000 coins being pre-mined. 700,000 of those coins are being distributed to Zentoshi's operating capital which is used to pay our team members and fund our budget. The other 1,800,000 coins are being locked to be unlocked through community governance voting. We have a system being implemented which will enable cold interest on our chain and lock coins for a determined period. This will lock the coins and make them unavailable during that period. We plan to lock these coins in 12 month periods and will carry voting across our community should we find use or need for those coins to be utilized. Otherwise they will be perpetually locked.

At launch we will have a total of 700,000 coins circulating, 50,000 coins being sold as utility for our platforms.

We have an article on our medium that can be found here: https://medium.com/zentoshi/the-zentoshi-budget-e2208693f61e

In which explains this in more detail pertaining to our budget.

Yankee is also a senior level member in our organization with a C-level title as our Chief Marketing Officer. He is not paid to shill, he is here to lead our marketing strategies and give guidance to our team members for marketing activities. His word is as good as mine. Smiley He is actively integrated in our leadership and is a crucial member of our team and we are very happy to have him on board!

Cheers,
Zentoshi Team

Care to explain all this?

Thank you for the excellent post. I look forward to their reply.

..... And after around 36 hours after reporting the ridiculous error in the website footer links, they have been - edited.

What would you think of a website that cannot add terms and conditions as well as privacy policy links and actual legal policies to its own website?

Hello Jolly, good afternoon,

Our legal team had until November 7th, that was the deadline we gave them to finish these documents among others for our LLC. I appreciate your patience as if you are a business owner and have created these documents before you might be aware that they aren't just procured in a single day and our team works Monday-Friday. We've turned this into a priority to get fulfilled as soon as possible within next week (Monday-Tuesday). Thank you for your concerns

So you claim that you are not shilling your Ann, but the moment people started asking about it, newbies suddenly disappeared. How convenient.

I see that you added team members, and one of them is your CMO " Cameron", but without picture at the moment.

His contacts are

Then i saw bitcointalk user Yankeeruinx asking some questions and OP answering. Is it just a coincidence, that your CMO has same twitter and reddit profile name as the bitcointalk user with the same name asking questions in your Ann? After seeing so many shady practices, i don't believe in coincidence.

Also, another proof  that is the same person behind  twitter, reddit and bitcointalk acc is that all those 3 accounts are active on Stakenet social media platforms.

Twitter

Reddit

Your team member Jerry Villa

Care to explain all this?

Hello Rikafip,
Cameron who is indeed yankee posted his formal response at your thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5198234.0

Neither him nor our developer who we just recently brought on the team are shilling services but team members. They posted genuine questions about the project, our dev posted a question that he thought most people wouldn't know about balloon algo and that he thought we should expand upon. Neither were paid for this and did this out of their own free will,
Hope this clears up some confusion, as I'd like to restate what we previously stated:
We did not pay a cent for any kind of bump or shilling services
There is nothing to hide, as you can tell by their usernames they had no intention to hide the fact that they are team members, nor did we.
Please let us know if you have more questions,
Yours in service,
Zentoshi

Good evening everyone, Zentoshi team here

That has to be taken in consideration by OP. I really hope that all our remarks will be a good lesson for them. I also posted a warning regarding paid shills and thread bumpers

The OP has denied using paid shills, on the contrary claiming he knows nothing about it.

Somehow, according to the OP potential users on Discord and alike might have found their way here. No, I do not believe it as there is no evidence to back it up but there is evidence newbies without posting history pumped this thread before questions about its integrity and viability were raised.

He should have used the opportunity to apologise and admit his error and then promise not to use shills and sock-puppets again but he opted to deny it. That in itself is a major problem because if a project member can lie over something so trivial even in the face mounting evidence and irrefutable evidence then maybe they have been lying about other things and maybe they will lie about others things especially convenient lies when the project goes under and investors lose their funds.

Hello Jolly,
As we mentioned, we haven't paid for a single bit of advertising for BTT. We made an announcement on our discord to our community that we posted an ANN thread when we posted it, and we wrote an article on medium, in both of these we told them if they had any questions to ask their. Some of them made their way on to this forum, created accounts and posted their questions, all to which was genuine interest on the project. We're unsure if our community should be excluded from your forum simply because they found the project before you did, but for the most part we were stuck on page 4-8. The only ones who saw us were our community for the majority of the time, until a hero member found us, read our whitepaper and liked it. He bumped our thread which pushed it to page 1, which is when you found it.

Our Medium article, we've posted it a few other places, these people were the first ones to find our BTT, and many made accounts here just to ask questions.

Please we encourage you to read our whitepaper, it seems you are uninformed about major aspects of our project, we are not an ICO. Please continue to read my response to the next post as we will be detailing some of the technology you can take advantage of and how to become a Zentopian  Smiley

I got lost in that massive OP, are they soliciting funds? i just saw PoW+premine for distro i thought..
Im not picky, ill mine most shit, i never care if a team is anon as long as their not asking for money up front for anything (although the massive "team" IS also weird i agree)
Premines are premines, miners can make their choice on if they are worth it or not for each project for them to get involved with their hashpower
I like this algo, balloon was an old classic that never really got its day imo
The thing i wonder if how they thought to use it, as it was kinda some shady projects algo when it appeared the first times around here... are the same people involved here?
and the newbies in this thread are dreadfully weird for sure haha. block reward is kinda chinsy too! Tongue

See how it goes!

Hello CJ,

We are a PoW/PoS we have duality from combining bitcoin core v018 the latest with dash evo implementation. We are one of the firsts to be able to achieve this, we plan to make it public and allow many to fork us and take advantage of this cutting edge technology. One of the benefits beyond security of the latest tech, is something that we think will interest you alot.
You can mine Zentoshi coins, then use those coins to Stake, and when you have enough you can run a ZentoshiNode. To run your ZentoshiNode you can head over to SunnyNode and get a 20% discount on VPS hosting (as we own our very own hardware) for less than a dollar a month using Zentoshi coins! On top of this as we release more platforms you'll be able to enjoy more utilities, our next one is GSP, which is a gaming server provider.
In terms of our algo, the original Balloon algorithm had some issues, we are using our own modified version of balloon in order to remedy these issues and keep the best parts of balloon.
Join our discord or telegram to keep up to date, we'll be having testnet soon!

That was their mistake. They should study everything closely, before doing all that shit. Now the reputation of this project is damaged and I highly doubt that anyone will invest here. As you said OP is an amateur and does not understand how to announce the project in the right way. Using shills and shitposters was the biggest mistake, together with hiding team members names. We clarified everything and now it is up to them how to proceed.

damaged...you guys pointed them to the mistakes they made, the team responds, does something...you sound like you're burying a project that hasn't been born yet.
in any case, the project is under the close supervision of the local guardians of order, but let's be tolerant and do not jump to conclusions.

Thank you busminer, we're glad you found your way on to our discord, We do not believe our reputation has been damaged in any way shape or form. We advertise on many channels BTT is just one of them, as respect to the tradition of coin announcements we decided to make our debut here and are happy to do so. Some of the constructive criticism has been helpful and I appreciate mosprognoz for helping us better our project by making it more transparent, and keeping a professional demeanor as he engaged in his concerns.

To all our readers
Our company will  be here for the long term. We run based on real platforms, the first thing we accomplished was making SunnyNode sustainable as we were working on the coin, this was the first step we established. We'll continue to release platforms in markets we know we can succeed in using our business expertise, as these platforms generate traffic and add use cases they will provide upward pressure to the coin along with the low supply which will be met with high demand. Furthermore the ones providing value to our coin are our miners. They will always set a baseline to the value of the coin as mining requires power which has a cost, and no miner will sell at a loss. These miners will find themselves at a happy position as they will be supplying our microcosm with the coins to power it. Those with enough coins will run our infrastructure and enjoy a different way of receiving rewards. We aren't a x1000 ROI Masternode shitcoin that is just some fork with no real technology. We're compensating our ZentoshiNodes by using them to run the infrastructure of our platforms, please read more in our whitepaper detailing this technology  Wink

SunnyNode is currently upgrading all of its hardware and negotiating better terms with our data center successfully to be able to offer even cheaper prices but is still generating from just a landing page:

We will happily answer anymore questions and come to our discord or telegram for a welcoming greeting and a friendly environment, we'll be launching testnet soon, all are welcome, I do hope Jolly that you get involved and give us a chance  Grin

Good Morning everyone,
Deeponion

Deeponion was a biggest airdrop scam in crypto history. Here is the trust page of OP

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=321080

Bitcointalk has unofficial rules for any legit project

1. Project must be transparent and all identities of team members must be revealed. (Limks to social media platforms profiles are necessary)

2. Thread should be NOT BUMPED with hired paid shills and  low quality shitposters, because that is the first sign of scam.

We are unaware of any unofficial rules, in regards to this:

We have not spent any budget whatsoever on hired paid shills or anything. Our project was bumped by a hero member who personally reached out to us and really took a liking to this project after the announcement was made, for the most part we were at page 4. Since then he personally posted us on his own channels and bitcointalk threads that he hosts about masternode coins. This was out of his own free will, we did not pay him.
These can be found here:

You are free to consult him personally and confirm this.

In regards to newbie accounts or posts early on,
We made an announcement to our community that we were making a bttann post and to ask any questions or show support to us there, these aren't paid they are just people genuinely interested in our project and that have questions. They were the first to pay attention to our thread since we posted a link in discord, and for the most part we were at the bottom of the pages in this Altcoin Announcements, so for many of you, you were unable to find us.

In terms of the project being transparent, I have procured a list in hopes to remedy this issue and abide by the unofficial rules listed (I will edit this post and grow it as more of our team members agree to share):

@ ZentoshiOfficial - Please answer the following three questions. Thank you.

1) Why are over 70% of the posts from alleged interested parties in this thread of 3 pages made by newbies?

2) Why would newbie user accounts clearly associated with scammers that offer their services to pump threads for a few USD$ in the hope generating fake buzz be posting here to pump this thread?

3) Why are the https://www.zentoshi.com/ footer links for the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Policy" diverted to a page about boilers and boiler plates over 12 hours after I highlighted the issue in my previous post?

Please check my above answers for 1-2, we haven't spent a single dollar/btc/eth etc on any generation of fake buzz.
In terms of your question about Terms and Conditions and Policy,
Our project isn't live yet. We will be live on November 7th, this is still on our to do list and we're talking with a legal team procuring such documents, we'll have it up by the 7th of November when we are officially live. We'd like to remind everyone that we're announcing our project to your community as we are at the home stretch of developing for over a year and a half. We started out a year ago as just devs trying to push the boundaries of current blockchain technology into something new and progress it. Since then we've built a business around that technology and are at the final bits. We appreciate all concerns, please let us know if you have anymore questions,

Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is a legally registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, United States which was incorporated on October 23, 2018. The company is current in all of its filings and is in good standing (State filing ID: 2018-000825660). More information about the company's corporate status and filing information can be found here:
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=029068139148032188088010133253178194132190252116

The Organizer of the LLC is Michael Weinrub, a.k.a. Michael, who is the CEO of Zentoshi Limited Liability Company.

On October 23, 2018, Zentoshi registered under the provisions of House Bill (HB-70) which grants treatment of ZenX as a utility currency. Documentation on House Bill (HB-70) can be found here: https://trackbill.com/bill/wyoming-house-bill-70-open-blockchain-tokens-exemptions/1536046/

Due to the nature of ZenX as a utility currency, its purpose is to create an infrastructure which allows independent operators to bring elements of their own businesses into the Zentoshi Microcosm, earn a piece of the pie, offer additional services to users, and overall, the more entities that enter the Microcosm, the more useful the currency will become. On top of this, Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is already working to create three of its own services within the Microcosm (SunnyNode, CloudGSP and ZentoshiPay, which are detailed in the Whitepaper). Banking on the success of these three services, which will be the first within the Microcosm, is our way of trying to be the first to prove our use case.
To address part of the "lack of socials" issue which was raised, part of this was oversight and we should have made an effort to get as many of our project contributors as we could to supply us with their social media. The second part of this which I want to address, I had attempted to clarify earlier. We are a Limited Liability Company and we have regulations within the United States and the State of Wyoming that dictate employer-employee relations. There are also only two members who own actual shares of the LLC itself, those are the CEO  (Michael Weinrub) and the COO (Jonathan Vila), whose LinkedIn profiles were made available prior to, and in, our announcement post. Many of our project contributors are volunteers, and we cannot force them to have public facing social media linked to the project. In the interim of the issues raised, we've messaged all of our staff and have solicited social media information from any staff willing- and several have given us this information.

We're going to work to address the constructive criticisms where we can, and we welcome more.

There is nothing but genuine intentions here. We are a real project, with a real business, and a real blockchain. Not many projects on here can say that, even most of these announcements have anonymous posting, projects like:
Monero which has over 400k views: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

No where is the team stated and Monero has been around for years operating like this. We understand we're a new project, and users might be jaded, but your "red flags" aren't consistent on all your announcements just the ones you choose to target.
Again another thread displaying this that is on the front page with a high number of views and involvement:
Deeponion
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2683530.0

You will find the team doesn't even have first names yet you are not there posting big red letters, to actual investors I say this, join our discord, talk to us. Don't let other people posting big red letters, poking holes that anyone can do at any project stray you away from your own decision making. Make your own decisions, bitcoin originally came out no one knew who the team was, but the technology was fascinating and now years later we are here and we still don't know who Satoshi is. Our faces are on there, we posted our linkedin and part of the team is attached. Look at our technology, we'll be releasing testnet soon for you to try, actually read our whitepaper which contains all of our information and decide on our business whether it's the right fit for you, either ways we plan on being here for a long time.
Thank you for your interest, please continue posting questions about the project we welcome all constructive criticism and questions.

the team looks fake as fuck.

most probably stole the images from somewhere and using them to instill a false sense of legitimacy.

this shit just feels like a scam.

we made the rounds, everyone is getting their linkedin's hooked up to our profile.
By everyone -- those who opt to.

Post the links here, after they will be added. I will check them and if they will be real, the topic will be closed.
While we understand sometimes users might find it difficult to click on links, join our discord, or even read our whitepaper as it is 56 pages of actual documentation which you might not be used too, there is a Linkedin link in many places across where we are posted. Besides our own whitepaper at the contact page, or our discord, or other places we have been posted, here is a link for you:
https://www.linkedin.com/company/zentoshi

Again we understand it might be difficult to understand in this current cryptosphere that Legally Operating Businesses have no right to share fellow employees' personal information such as facebook, twitter, and much of anything. Please remind yourself that we operate as an LLC (once again listed in our whitepaper) and must oblige to rules beyond this forum. We have requested upon your baseless accusation out of good faith for our team to list themselves, those who have volunteered can be found. CEO and COO have always been public, and their profiles can be found listed on the company page, again we will post the links for you specifically:
CEO: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-weinrub-851a6b2b/
COO: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathan-vila-b98a4a159/

Thank you for your interest in our project, we apologize for making this unclear for you,
I do hope this puts a swift conclusion to this rather unpleasant interaction in what will always be one of the greatest forums for blockchain,
Yours in Service,
Zentoshi

we are real people with a real organization based in the United States with real members who are highly invested in this project.

Please publish the links to your team members social profiles like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. How can the potential investor contact them ?

We are all very openly available in our official channels. If someone were to follow our link to our LinkedIn, and see our current "employees" shouldn't that be enough to satisfy what you are asking for here? I don't personally use twitter, and I hate facebook.. so why should I have to share those details? I am on LinkedIn should anyone want to contact me professionally. We are all available on our Discord and Telegram should anyone want to meet any of us. I can't force any of our team to comply with adding themselves to such platforms if they wish not to. Furthermore our employees have legal rights which protect them from such practices.

Our LinkedIn includes both our COO Jon, and Michael our CEO. Anyone else who wants to add themselves to our company profile can do so but it is 100% optional.

However, you are right. We can make our information more accessible on our website should those members want to share that information! This is the first copy of the site and there will be many revisions as we push forward.
