Guess you are a member of this so called support team, with registration date just 1 day before creation of this topic, so you are here to promote bituary, right? Then I kindly ask you to hold your opinion 

For the others, this is what actually happens: you deposit money, and your withdrawal is put on hold. Here are some examples from this awesome support chat (they are removing these posts, at least mine is already deleted). People are waiting for withdrawals:

Guys wake up, this platform is scum, they are not allowing to withdraw any money.
Support is not replying, chat is not working, you just deposit coins and these guys disappear.
Be careful, don't deal with bituary!
