The domain has been purchased since 2007, then it was purchased by them on 2019-09-24 from auctions.
In the footer of the site you can see this address: Ruysdaelhof 36, 2251 JK Leiden, Netherland+31 6 84862132
The domain was registered with data from China (now after my post they put a proxy for whois / Panama)
On this page they are saying Hong Kong
