Must be a new and recent thing then. OP can still ask someone to create an account for them or start a topic about this in Services.

Attemping to use the burners posted earlier doesn't seem to work either, as Protonmail has temporarily disabled SMS verification.

Sending an email to the address on https://chipmixer.com/about is the best way to get support.

Unfortuntely I can't seem to be able to get a Protonmail working, meaning my BTC is lost?

Would some kind soul would be willing to send them an encrypted message for me?

EDIT:

Or as the mod below pointed out, create a Protonmail for me and PM me it? The name of the mail doesn't really matter.

You can create a free account and if you really want to upgrade to a paid account, you can pay for it with Bitcoin once you have created a free account:

https://protonmail.com/support/knowledge-base/paying-with-bitcoin/

I just tested it (using Tor), and these are the options:

I only get the option of using SMS/PayPal or CC when creating a free account. Neither feels safe from a OpSec view nor secure in general.

Does the owner often frequent the forums and/or have a support team that can help out?

Thanks again for all of your help!

Unfortunately that only works for existing Protonmail users, and is not a option for new ones.

For what it's worth: sometimes something goes wrong, and if you read through this thread you'll find a few posts from people who have been in a similar situation. But all of them got resolved by Support (but it can take a few days).

Yeah, I certainly hope it does, this one was the most recommended mixer to me when I was asking around, so I can only hope it can get resolved, or that I didn't do any screw-up.

I take it there isn't much I can do besides waiting right now?

EDIT:

The fact the BTC hasn't moved since I transferred it to the website is a good thing, right?

@oxhorn44: you can just get an email account at Protonmail.com, which ensures your email is encrypted by default when sending to other Protonmail addresses.

Unfortunately, Protonmail requires a SMS or paypal payment, none of which i feel comfortable with.

I can post the session ID, though I suppose that might not be a smart idea to do on a open forum?

As TheQuin said: don't post it! But also make sure you keep your session active until this is resolved.

How would I go on about doing this?

Sorry guys, didn't know tumbling would be this hard, starting to panic i've lost the cash forever.

Use a disposable email that can't be traced to you and there is no issue.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any PGP that works with Kleo, but i'll give it a shot and keep my fingers crossed. Again, thank you, though I have my doubts this will work.

EDIT:

I assume there is no way to contact him otherwise through the forums or such? As I am not sure my mail went through.

You can use any email service you want. You must be able to send an email? You will get a better response using the official support channel than you will on the forum.

Well, I suppose I can try and send a encrypted mail, though wont that be looked down on by the powers that be? Even if it is just a request to fix this mess.

Sincerely,

Definitely do not do that. Email ChipMixer support at the email shown on the site and they will resolve any issues.

Unfortunately I do not have a ProtonMail at the moment, is there any way to resolve this issue on the forum, or will I need to get a mail adress?

Thank you so much for your help, it means a lot!

Hello,

I seem to be having some trouble with this tumbler, as I deposited a fairly large sum, to have nothing happen. When I click "Leave chips and get voucher" I get "Not enough funds." Doing the same with "Withdraw all chips" comes up with a similiar error, "No chips were withdrawn. Please go back to step 2." and "All chips withdrawn. Please check private keys." The second I saw the funds in the mixer I tried to send it to the proper adress, and from what I can see, they have not moved since.

I was never given the option to withdraw my BTC to my wallet, and now I am worried death it has been lost. Can anyone please help me?

I can post the session ID, though I suppose that might not be a smart idea to do on a open forum?

Sincerely,
Yours truely
