Some people believe that global warming is just the conspiracy to control the development of industrial country. Sometime, I think so. What about you?

Well,  global warming is indeed real. Like, man open your eyes it's everywhere. Could you elaborate with the words "conspiracy.."? Though we have reasons to be skeptics, the argument must be clear.. for me, i stand between agree and disagree.. but it's not the matter, the effects are real. Either it's a conspiracy or not, the effects are everywhere. Now i think we should focus on what we can and what we should do at this moment, small scale from ourselves. Try to not buy the frills from industrial products "eco friendly" label cause the truth is anything that create a mass scale productions is nearly impossible to be as "eco friendly" as they claim. I think we should focus on be a wise consumer and wise news reader at the same time.

Few weeks ago i read an interesting project about how blockchain technology can overcome this problem, this is not a clickbait. I personally think it's something anyone should know. That a technology can be one of the mass scale solutions. Though again, there are some negative points also.. "perfection" never exist.. here's the link in case you're curious:

Great mindset mate, I really like how people are realizing that BTC isn't another get rich scheme, but it instead does take time and is more about the technology and motives behind it than just making money.

People will need to start looking at cryptocurrencies as not a get rich scheme, or another "bubble" in the tech industry but realize that the technology is going to be incredibly useful for our society in the future.

Agree.. There are a lot of room left to see about what is going to happen in crypto market. Bitcoin dominance is indeed high right now, but there are also a lot of interesting projects on the move, like https://zoobc.com/ with their amazing vision. For now, isn't about making the technology something worthwhile? By the way, in case you're interested to the ZooBC project i linked above, please join the forum https://zoobc.org/ and participate on the discussion Cheesy

It is always good news to hear that companies are exploring the possibilities that blockchain technology can bring. Even if they are not using Bitcoin, it is still helping the community. I think some people are oftentimes looking into their own self-interest and thinking about the "profits" which is why Bitcoin is always the front of the conversation. However, some other good things are happening in the cryptocurrency space that doesn't offer an immediate investment. Thoughts?
Blockchain technology itself may not be directly related to cryptocurrencies.Absolutely everyone is talking about this technology. With its help, you can really solve a lot of problems that have accumulated. In this context,, benefit,, is secondary.

True. But blockchain is so much more than just about financial aspect. There are so many advantages blockchain technology can handle like climate change, ethical fashion, etc. If you're interested to know more about how does it works,  https://blockchainzoo.com/ have made a very cool and informative content including videos, article, and infographics to explain what can blockchain change and how does it works on https://blogchainzoo.com/ . 65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi think that quantum computers will exist? on: November 13, 2019, 04:04:10 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto is a mathematician. I am a physicist. I had  a mathematics professor that could be compared with Satoshi Nakamoto. When bitcoin was invented in 2009, the quantum adventure was at its beginnings.

I made my PhD thesis on quantum wells (in 2000), in 2009 what was in my PhD thesis was learned in the QM in the 2nd year of faculty.  When bitcoin was invented no one could say that Quantum Computers will be invented in 10 years.

Thus, Satoshi Nakamoto did not think that quantum computers will exist when he invented the bitcoin.

Google has claimed "their processor was able to perform a calculation in three minutes and 20 seconds that would take today's most advanced classical computer, known as Summit, approximately 10,000 years."

"But quantum computers won't break every piece of cryptography, only some. Specifically, public-private key encryption, diffe-hellman key exchange, and digital signatures will be broken, but hashing and symmetric encryption cannot be broken even in theory by a quantum computer........"

To continue the explanations go to https://zoobc.how/?qa=132/think-quantum-computers-possibly-able-hack-compromise-crypto and in case you're interested to the project, please join the forum and see the discussion on https://zoobc.org/
