I am still waiting for payment.
support is not responding.
How much did you withdraw ? The site is not 100% trusted as their withdrawal are mostly delayed and if you deposit more, they may scam you and never return your money. Also since they do not have a proper gambling license its risky to trust them and play there with real money. You will also never know if the games are probably fair or not. im waiting for 91 mbtc withdrawal and have 99 mbtc available on the account, im very nervous about my money now Eventually they will have to respond or give a hearing to this request. Why did you actually choose this site? This site doesn't really have a great reputation. Surely there are enough other alternatives? ive been playing there since beginning of october and withdrew about 120 mbtc, everything was good. i chose it because of good offer and service overall |

24hours waiting for 20mbtc. This is disgusting. Do i have to believe that 24 HOURS is not enough time to check a withdrawal??
ive been waiting for 95hrs already 95 hours is very long. Especially if they have not provided any feedback about the situation at all? Do they require any documentation eg? op said that they check every bet 1 by 1 cause 'somebody abused some bug' |

Hi,
We will process all withdrawals,
we started to make security check on all accounts to prevent cheating before process withdrawals.
This is just a temporarly issue, like always all withdrawals will be processed but just with little delays.
Sorry for delays but to keep the AceD product operational, these security controls must be done.

zikzik - I've read your threads along with Betcoin's replies. Betcoin is a top rated book without any payment problems from their sportsbook. I'm not saying who is right or who is wrong in this case. Disputes will arise. Let's wait for what SBR, or another mediator, has to say on this situation. Reading one of the replies from Betcoin, they are saying that they are willing to turn over all evidence.
