1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alibaba cooperates with new blockchain platform, Is this project worth following on: December 18, 2019, 12:18:03 PM
so i want to open new discussion too about credits (or blockchain platform), what segment of society can it affect primarily?
there are a lot of industry segments in the country that can be entered by the blockchain platform, but the most common thing i know is that industries need smart contracts to improve current business for faster and secure way of doing business

Very exciting development. Alibab platform intends to enter this business. But I think he has some reservations. It's not easy that change. If a new payment system activates such a large platform, everything changes.
no system safe, but with blockchain credits and alibaba cloud it will be a good combination
all data privacy police, delivery system all integrated are safe with credits

Seems to me that credits works without days off and sleep
The platform is developing at a high pace, but it is very difficult to get a result in the price in the market now moving away from the bearish trend but the future is interesting
i think the credit market this year has been the best since they started
i also hope that in the future they are still on work to improve their performance, and i think if they continue like this they will be able to touch the international market in the near future.
yeah, I think they are using people from ASPIRE, CIS and ITEORA for their software devlopers because I looked at the news credits page, the software integrators are 3 of them there which is ITEORA (which I read on the website) is a new start up support company but they also working with CIS who have long struggled in the field of software
Im sure their software engineer experience has enough experience.

I understand that storage is very important for the logistics industry, but what can they develop with the blockchain here?
The role of cloud storage here I think is very good because it is also impossible for the blockchain to work without the support of storage, with blockchain technology combined with alibaba cloud storage it becomes the right combination for information security in the logistics industry
it also saves costs and can be allocated for others

Now that more countries are starting to go cashless is it possible that it also start converting to cryptocurrency? If that happens, what do you think are the advantages and disadvantages?
I personally think that it gives an advantages because I use to pay virtually and it prevents petty theft
we are of the same mind, I am sure all of these things will be safe, this concerns many people's data and they are fully responsible for protecting our rights as well as customers. maybe the disadvantage is we have to pay more but it's worth to spend

We all know that crypto is hype right now. Even if its hype it still need something new for it isn't it?
So what do you guys think that the crypto world or crypto community needs at the moment?

precisely because they are new and brave to work with large companies like alibaba they will slowly be well known. moreover, alibaba is one of the biggest companies in china (even asia) it will attract more new people that interest to this blockchain thing.

This cooperation is a positive news to blockchain and crypto, a big company like Alibaba will make blockchain become more popular and more useful in real life. This project is really worth to follow, but not to invest in. Right now, this project still under control of China goverment and they can shut this project down anytime they want. I suggest to follow this project technology and do not invest this moment.
Why do you suggest not to invest this moment at time? Isn't it a promising project from Credits?

Yes, why don't you invest now? I'm sure this is a promising project. Maybe this is just their first step (in collaboration with several large companies) could be in the future they will cooperate with other company companies in order to expand the blockchain wing again

I just saw their official announcement here https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/new-solution-for-third-party-logistics_595584 and https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/securing-deliveries-with-smart-technologies_595585

The important point that I got is the business model being employed under the 3PL approach includes the use of low-cost and versatile frequency sensors that would be installed inside Shipping Containers to monitor their movements and status via the immutable Credits blockchain database.

And the use of the Smart Payment Service based on the combined Alibaba Cloud and Credits blockchain platforms is a solution that is currently being implemented by the companies in the Chinese market. The Credits blockchain provides secure transactions between the parties to the delivery process and logistics providers, such as DHL.

What do you think about this guys? Will it have a positive effect on the Chinese government regarding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology? Or even have a big impact on other crypto communities?
I think slowly every corporate would be willing to enter the blockchain world using some tactics. This is Alibaba's try, we have already heard facebook's libra to enter the arena slowly you would see companies like Amazon, Google and Apple entering this world too. These would be real ICOs which could revolutionize the whole world and bring the world over blockchain. I think all these projects are worth following. Due to the great strength in blockchain technology a lot of investors will be wiling to invest in these projects too.

i don't know but from my point of view it is Credits who wants to spread its wings to various industrial lines. They collaborate with various industries, such as mining company IVHIMPROM, LENOVO & IBM computers, and even e-commerce ALIBABA. but I also don't reject your opinion that alibaba wants to enter this field, so let's continue to support the blockchain platform.

I fail to see what project you mean. If it is Alibaba, then it is no news as they are already utilizing blockchain technology. It won't matter much to the crypto space though as its not placing a use case for cryptocurrency

the point is, they collaborate with Credits who have solutions to problems regarding transparent delivery processes and conditions. On this website https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/new-solution-for-third-party-logistics_595584 there is information about what they are working on together, you can also read it under the subtitles "The Credits Blockchain and Alibaba Cloud Based Solution ".

when is this partnership (or collaboration?)  announced ? and why a drop in price for CS (credits?)

I read the news about their partnership in early December and the news was published on November 26, this is the news https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/new-solution-for-third-party-logistics_595584. And I don't think the price of credits will necessarily decrease (or increase) cooperation with Alibaba, it might be able to increase interest token holders. I'm new here and my predictions aren't necessarily true.

Is 3PL the same system as checking goods at the airport? if it's like that why should use difficult technology like this?

actually not much different, but by using the existing system on these credits will be safer, they use temperature sensors to scan goods in the box and become data, the data is entered into the system blockchain credits and sent to the client, the client himself can access application and enter shipping container number, so they can see all the information that is on their order

about the Lenovo CEO who commented on that (https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/securing-deliveries-with-smart-technologies_595585), basically if the US-China cooperation on the price of Lenovo products last August, it greatly affected the Chinese government, because if Lenovo products were marketed well then it would be an advantage for China as well, especially with Lenovo also cooperating with credits which have obviously been developed lately.
