1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN-QORT device Gen 1-HARDWARE-completely custom blockchain-ACCT, hosting,net... on: December 18, 2019, 02:37:22 PM
i deleted all my previous Post here. Like most people . I spoke to soon without fully understanding the concept. Partly cause i was excited but mostly human error. This project is one of the most exciting project i have seen next to BITCOIN. Enough said time to accumulate

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 16, 2019, 06:58:02 PM
I would definitely add Newscrypto.io to the list and the newly developed NWC token that supports them.

I have joined their Telegram channel from the beginning and I saw much progress.

They are not an ICO and are self-funded that is why they took it a bit slow but in the end, the keep updating their site and their token has great potential.

Main idea of the project is to have all on one platform, everything a crypto trader needs for trading, researching etc... (Trading tools, Educational program, community predictions, news..)

Newscrypto.io added

Thank you for sharing

Thank you to have created this list. A good starting point to have some projects to discover and find maybe one gem or 2 among them. Wink

Thank you. glad we all can come together this holiday season and share our insights. Hope all are in good health. Hope everyone is in good spirits going into the holidays. Sometimes people forget that crypto is not all about profits, gains, dumping and exit scams. We are an amazing community of forward thinking pioneers. Modern day digital treasure hunters. Our strength really shines when you see how much we care for one another. Not often noticed is what a caring community this is. I personally have more in common with you. Yes you reading this. More so than most people i have known my entire life. Don't forget to spread this concept. Pick someone up in your next post on another thread. Even when your first instinct is to tear them down. You never know what kind of holidays that person might be having. Spread the Cheer

Im a big fan of ELF. They keep developing and are active in social media quite a bit. There are very few projects that are really being developed and not just defrauding money with months passing by since their ICOs.

ELF added

Thank you so much for your insight .Not taken lightly . I have seen some of your post. Respect level 99  Wink
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 15, 2019, 11:23:18 PM
I think you put together a list of the best projects that are currently underway but after I noticed that almost all projects that have entered your list are projects that have been completed in 2019 Grin , I think BCNEX is one of the altcoin projects that deserve to get first place in the list that you compiled, and the  FUNCTION X, BBOD and also Vite project might be one of my recommendations for a list of projects that you are currently making.

FUNCTION X, BBOD ,Vite added

Thank you for the projects. Looking good

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 15, 2019, 05:11:01 PM
Best project can't be run all time, Matic is good but plummet and I don't suggest it. I will vote for Harmony, the best project this in every way but I have interest hold Ferrum Network and Credits coin for long time. I'm gathering something to hold huge Harmony one coin. Hydax and Bcnex this new exchange is also good.

 Harmony added

You have some good points. Thank you for your insight
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 15, 2019, 05:07:35 PM
Bcnex is a real quality project although it is a new exchange platform but still they seem to have good design, user interface and also the liquidity is not bad if we consider the current market situation so yes im long for bcnex and im hopeful that this project has a very bright future and a long way to go.

Bcnex was added presented by-Ezravdb

Thank you for the insight . Does look aesthetically pleasing
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 14, 2019, 05:24:31 PM
I pay attention to the BCNEX project. I have been in this project for almost 2 months. BCNEX continues to grow well even when btc goes down the bcnx token rises. here I judge this project is good enough to be calculated. Bcnex has won several awards in the best exchanger category.

BCNEX added to list  Ezravdb

Thank you for bringing it here and your insight.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 14, 2019, 05:21:49 PM
damn I don't have one that is not already listed on OP list but the one I am looking forward to now is chelle coin, real estate token, they raised over 20million dollars in 2018 and now they have built AQRE platform for real state investors, its a really good project

chelle coin added

Thank you for you insight and will be watching

Blocknet is doing some pretty exciting things as far as DEX
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Trust Libra Coin With Your Money? on: December 14, 2019, 05:14:34 PM
I have already trashed libra on this thread already but my conscious has been bothering me. Even though i dislike facebook and libra. I will... if the opportunity presented itself for it to be profitable. I will be taking that opportunity. No matter your feelings about an asset you owe it to yourself and family to be loyal to your portfolio.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 12, 2019, 07:54:04 PM
Hydax / SERO projects are well-known to me and I really see a good perspective in them. I already wrote about the fact that SERO is a very strong project about which very few people know now and now it needs to be bought. Hydax is a project that I think is now very risky for investment, but I took part in the bounty campaign and will get some free coins.

Watching them closely  Wink
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best NEW DEX to start trading NOW and will BOOM in 2020 on: December 12, 2019, 07:52:07 PM
The principle of decentralization is not always applied in their DEX, they have previously held an initial dex offer (IDO) which requires Kyc to participants. They also monopolized coins in binancechain / bep-2 (cannot be used in other dex), and remain evidence that they are still obedient to centralization.
What you're saying is a crowdsale and not technically the usual trading. What OP is after is decentralization on trading without the use of KYC. However, could DEX really achieve high liquidity? It's near to impossible though.

Hotbit 24hr volume $930,919,018  Vs.  Binance DEX  24hr volume $888,754

Hotbit has full load of bots, don't be fooled by their digits.

I agree . I would say possible a quarter of volume is human trading if not less
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best NEW DEX to start trading NOW and will BOOM in 2020 on: December 11, 2019, 10:57:57 PM

-How do you feel about KYC?
-If a DEX has KYC.. Do you think it's a true DEX?
-What do you look for in a DEX

KYC on a decentralized exchange will not make it as true decentralized exchange so you should avoid KYC if you want to launch DEX.

DEX lacks trading volume which is the reason why people going with centralized exchanges even if they knew its high risk associated while trading on it so you should probably have more trading pairs and best user interface to attract more traders which will make the volume to be increased.

thank you for your insight. Agree people need DEX that have the volume of central exchanges

Hotbit 24hr volume $930,919,018  Vs.  Binance DEX  24hr volume $888,754

Imagine a DEX with just half of Hotbit

I wonder if any DEX system could even handle that user and trading load?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best NEW DEX to start trading NOW and will BOOM in 2020 on: December 11, 2019, 10:53:33 PM
My question is... What NEW DEX have been launched in the last 6 months to start trading NOW and will BOOM in 2020?

We have all heard about Cryptobridge and the laundry list of DEX "decentralized exchange" that are getting booted out of crypto space by their own hand or adapting KYC. Obviously the whole purpose of DEX was to remain true to Crypto vision. Think most can agree KYC was not in satoshi nakamoto vision of a decentralized ecosystem that he , she or them  envisioned when creating Bitcoin.

desired specs:

-Must be DEX
-Must NOT have KYC and have already addressed the issue of NEVER implementing it.

"Optional feedback" Desired insight from you the user

-How do you feel about KYC?
-If a DEX has KYC.. Do you think it's a true DEX?
-What do you look for in a DEX

True Decentralized exchanges should represent what satoshi wants for Bitcoin (Satoshi Vision)...The true vision is in Bitcoin whitepaper,   Bitcoin-related online/forum posts, and the way Bitcoin was built.
His vision: decentralizion, no middle man, anonymity, transparency immutablity, trustless, permissionless, censorship resistant,
True decentralized exchanges should have those features else they don't qualify as decentralized exchange.

Bravo.. Very well said
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 11, 2019, 10:51:48 PM
Its very hard to predict the 2020 list already now. That too you are including new projects like Hydax. I know Hydax is a good exchange and potential project. But not sure about being the top in the list.

Thank you for your insight and yes watching Hydax close
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CIPHER] Cipher (ciphercryptotech.org) | CRYPTO DIGITAL UTILITY TOKEN on: December 11, 2019, 10:48:42 PM
why create a new ANN? Do you have an official thread for the first launch ?

We did not do Proper Marketing then ... Was spending more time on development.. Now that we have a full proof system we have started our journey
What your describing is a STEALTH launch. Its not a FAIR Launch. Why not start your launch fresh and give the community to join in on a FAIR launch. This is a huge fundamental constant as far as launches go. Community typically wont except a NINJA, STEALTH or unfair Launch. Seeing the community will be the ones buying them from exchanges. You could be doing all this work for nothing seeing how everyone later on down the road will always see the genesis of your project started outside of the fundamental values of crypto

I wish you luck. I am not saying you have a bad project. Just the launch of a blockchain is just as important as the project itself

Its a erc20 Token .. So there is no extra emission of Tokens

Hence the statement above wont hold good Smiley

Thank you for correcting me. I should have dug deeper. I just get a bit excited about fundamentals  Cheesy. None the less not a fan of erc20 tokens so...I do apologize  Ciphertech  and good luck with your project
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 11, 2019, 10:41:34 PM
What a joke. (Must be an ICO, must be launched within the past 6 months).

An ICO means the project itself is centralized, the fact that the majority of people here prefers centralized projects is beyond me, but it just goes to show that people care about quick money, rather than the tech itself.

Back when Darkcoin launched (Now DASH), people was upset with their premine, and the whole project was called a SCAM, if you held an ICO back then, the majority of people would call all of these projects SCAMS as well, and as we've seen, a LOT of them indeed is.

I'd much rather invest in something that builds useable tech, has a good history and good development.

Blocknet launched the first truly Decentralized Exchange on the market, and believe it or not, they are still the ONLY true DEX on the market to this day. Most people are easily fooled by all these wannabe DEX's like Bisq, Waves, IDEX, Binance, because they don't know how they actually WORK.

On top of that Blocknet solves the Oracle problem, exactly the same way as Chainlink does, just by using decentralized service nodes, making it impossible to take down either their service, or the DEX itself, even if "forced" to by governments.

That's a project people should pay attention to, yet they don't. All people care about is fast money, and it's gonna bite people HARD eventually (The MATIC dump today is a great example of exactly like, a centralized project dumping more than 50% in an hour).

You might want to read the ANN closer must NOT be ico or presale

Too quick to jump the trigger, sorry about that Smiley

My suggestion on Blocknet still stands though, it might not be brand new project as requested here, but it sure as hell got potential in the future, considering its the only project right now running a truly decentralized exchange, along with their oracle service: Xrouter

Your fine. I do it sometimes as well  Wink  Thank you for your insight . You have exquisite taste.Blocknet has been a personal favorite . I remember hearing that at one time a Blocknet masternode reach something like $80k at one time? Great project. Glad to see them still innovating
