How about the auction? Was it cancelled or you are a new owner of livemines? Previously (during a year of operation) you have less promotion and now you are going to have mass promotion. This case makes me think that there is an ownership change as promotion is something unusual on your site. On the other side, you say "our first anniversary", it sounds like that there is no ownership change. Would you please clarify about it since you have tried to sell your site several times so far. There isn't any change in ownership. We are still the creators of the game. Yes, there are several promotions coming up. |

Was it important to announce this sale and auction details here ? The players will lose the confidence as we do not know how will the new owner run the site and how much they can be trusted with our funds. After hearing this news, people will cash out their bankroll from the site and your site will lose the worth even before selling. Its better to be transparent than to hide this information. Sooner or later, you would have known that site owner have been changed. So i think there is nothing wrong in telling this news.

Livemines did say that they are going to close the operation and want to sell it due to a reason as you can read the post in the previous page (few post above the post you quoted). Seems that Livemines changed their decision and forcing themselves to continue the project. It would be better if they can confirm about this, whether they are changing hands or stays with the same owner as before. Looking at the official account, no password and/email changed so we can assume that it stays with the same owner. We are the same team as before with loss of one core member between us. His position has been filled up and we are operating the same as always. We are not closing down. |

Oh no... What will happen with people's deposits? Will you give them an opportunity to give you a withdrawal address for their coins, before you shutdown? Why not sub-contract some of the core teams work to someone else? There are enough talented people out there to handle most of the tasks that are done on a site like this? (or do you have to pay them a share of the profit when the site is sold on auction?) Sad when sites like this go down.  We dont know the actual reason but on the thing you had suggested it can really possibly done rather than going into final decision of shutting down. They might not really that gaining profits or what? Yeah its sad to hear out when someone closes up its doors and i do hope that people would able to withdraw their funds immediately.Announcement should be post up both on this forum and on the site itself about closure so that they would be aware.
