I just did the electrum guide, I imported my wallet into electrum and it says i have 0 balance. So I don't know what's going on, because I don't remember spending my remaining balance. Did blockchain steal my bitcoin?  Why don't check your address on a blockchain explorer? Just to make sure. You do know the address(es), don't you? Might as well migrate forever from Blockchain, or use another non-custodial wallet that is better if you need it. I appreciate your help, but I dont understand this at all. I managed to import my wallet to Electrum, but again it says 0 balance, however that's false because I haven't spend my remaining balance. I can see the transactions, but still i should have remaining balance which it doesn't show. |

This is the most recent problem that others have experienced. It's still unclear how to solve this problem with the given thread by mk4, the op said moving to electrum didn't work for him but it could work for you. The frustration is that the blockchain.com staff are not replying to those people who have experienced this per se. If they can't do something with this and don't manage to solve the bug on their website, the next time you transfer bitcoin never consider them again as your wallet and just move to a better wallet. May be there are some problems with the wallet. Try to log in to wallet later. Sometimes such things happend with the blockchain.com wallet.
It's not that an easy problem of logging in issues. Sad thing is I have used blockchain for several years, never had any issues and I felt like it was the best wallet compared to others. But as you said I should make a different wallet, which I already have and I am using that now because I don't wants funds transfered to my blockchain, and risk them being stuck as well. - I will look into the other threads mentioned, to see if that can help me. For the past week at least, I haven't been able to transfer my funds. It gives me this error all the time, and I even tried contacting them but I don't hear back from them. A bit frustrating to be honest. Does anyone know this error, and how to beat it? I could really use some help with this, thanks.  |
