Thank you very much for your help Yes, he's a moderator. But no need to contact him, a moderator can't unban or change the email address of an account. Only admins can do it or the Cryptios team. Follow the procedure in the link we gave you, it's the best solution. I wrote to e-mail in November 2019 and unsuccessfully.

My account Destroyeroff98 has been hacked. Please restore account and reset the email to Destroyeroff98@yandex.ru Someone changed the email, as in the screenshot: https://i.ibb.co/12rxYyb/screen.png And I had to block my account. Please return access to my account. I am from Ukraine, but email changed from Alabama US.
