Breathe in and relax, then take your time to read the contents of this thread.

Most of the information are already posted here, it's up to Abra if they will give you an honest answer, hopefully the correct derivation path.
Or wait for @Heisenberg_Hunter's test if he can guess the correct path as he had successfully reproduced your issue.

You can post the address here but not the seed.

-snip-
Additionally, regardless if you sent BTC to a BSV address you would still need to know which wallet you sent it to as you did not send it to this Abra wallet.
If you sent it to another Abra wallet, those funds would be lost as you cannot recover BTC sent to a BSV address.
It's either they are lying or the customer support wasn't aware that getting the private key of your BSV address can restore the same address to a Bitcoin client/wallet,
All you need to do is to restore the seed phrase to other BSV wallet and export the address prv keys to a bitcoin wallet.
BTW, either of the two addresses don't have any transaction from the two chains Huh
What's the exact address where you've sent your BTC?

Point these out or quote this (and provide a link to this thread):
Abra claims that their wallet is "non-custodial", then it should possible to restore the address to a different client that supports the backup [13word(-1) BIP39 seed].
You just need to know which "derivaton path" Abra is using for Bitcoin SV to restore your BSV address(es) to other wallets.

hello how to easy find my wallet in iancoleman so many address  hard to find ty
If you know the derivation path (something like: m'/0'/0), it's easy.
Too bad, every reddit thread that I've found about this issue ended up with non-recovered funds.

where can i send my bsv address pls help me to recover my btc . abra so long time to reply.
i saw in electrum watch only my bsv wallet address have funds i dont know how to get that fund =(

Did you eventually recover the funds?
I have been trying to figure this out for over an hour, but still something doesn't seem to be right with the shitty Abra wallet. The foremost problem was with the KYC shits like knowing of names, email addresses and mobile numbers. Got passed through them by giving away fake numbers and stuffs but then as nc50lc pointed out, the custom derivation paths seems to be a major bullshit associated with Abra.

So thought of recreating the exact scenario like OP (sending btc to abra controlled bsv address) and all is that I lost $0.1 worth of btc in the progress  Cheesy

[1]Started with bypassing all the abra wallet kyc shits (like name and mobile numbers)
[2]Noted down the 12 word passphrase
[3]Sent $0.1 worth of bitcoin to BSV address displayed in the app
[4]Transaction had 1 confirmation in blockchain
[5]Created a new wallet in electrum, entered the seeds and tried out multiple combination of derivation paths (maybe more than 10)
[6]Generated over 20,000 addresses for each derivation paths using iancoleman's BIP39 tool
[6]None of them had a bsv wallet address (out of 200000 addresses) and finally lost the $0.1 worth of BTC

I am not really sure if the support team would respond back with a exact derivation path and another point is that they should never advertise their wallet like a 'non-custodial wallet' provided they have certain control on the wallet in the form of custom derivation paths!

i already try put 12 words in electrum but cannot input =(

Helping out in answering some queries to get going with the recovery

If the 13-word seed is BIP39.
Yes, derived twice and checked. They initially had 13 words but the first word is always 'at' which should be removed while entering the seed in Electrum.

Abra wallet's seed phrase isn't compatible with Electrum. I have tried creating a seed and import it into Electrum. Doesn't work.
They are indeed compatible. Remove the first word 'at' from the 13 word phrase and enter the remaining 12 words

There's no option to get private key of addresses as well.
If the support does respond with a custom derivation path, that should be the only way for recovery. But all is that they have a poor customer support which doesn't really know what we speak! Shady, controlling funds with derivation paths, shitty customer support, (I would never recommend OP to store his funds in future with this wallet)

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your patience.

However, your Abra wallet is not an account, it is a wallet. This wallet will generate unique addresses for that specific wallet. Although:  13TGoYW91eMJXLUetm5GdV3vYCqz is one of your addresses, that is not the address on the transaction hash you shared before.

We have looked into this issue further and see via the blockchain: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/b50133a8ce46c2eb9d65cf82e57be28f803c48667aeae42272877581b that you sent funds to this address: 1Na9ZvogrWGWSYFS5axKV4z7kQJTt

The transaction did confirm but this address does not belong to this wallet, which is why you do not see the amount in your wallet.

Additionally, regardless if you sent BTC to a BSV address you would still need to know which wallet you sent it to as you did not send it to this Abra wallet.

If you sent it to another Abra wallet, those funds would be lost as you cannot recover BTC sent to a BSV address.

Best regards,

If it's really a non-custodial wallet, then there's a way to recover the funds,
Again, does your Abra's BTC address starts with '3'?

To confirm the info from DdmrDdmr's reddit link, ask them (Abra's Customer Support) these:
  • The derivation path for your Bitcoin SV [BSV] account.
  • If the 13-word seed is BIP39.

Just do not share the seed here, those info are enough to be able to recover your Bitcoins.

My abra wallet bsv is starts to 1
