Yes I know about that that's why I use a country VPN that is still allowed. My question is directed not to BitcoinHunt3r (but of course you can also answer  ), but to btb88.com support. Is it really the case that using a VPN to change a country is not allowed, and using a VPN to change an address in a country is allowed? If so, can you really recognize which is which? When it comes to KYC, I believe that if a casino has to require it (which I don't think anyone likes) then it should be required, like here, before making a deposit, not when we want withdraw money. This is the most fair. Good question Use of a VPN to adjust your IP at any time isn't allowed in our Terms & Conditions. That rule mostly exists to prevent people from changing their location to a country that isn't allowed. I'd guess from what BitcoinHunt3r said that he's used one to circumnavigate a rule for one of our promotions that two people in the same household or location can't both claim the bonus or promotion, which wouldn't be allowed either. But what then if two people at work or at home use the same IP. After passing the KYC verification, will they be able to separately use, for example, the welcome bonus, or will it be a violation of the rules? It would honestly depend on the bonus. Each of our promotions has its own T&Cs, but most include a line like this: "Only one PROMOTION NAME can be claimed per person, household, email, depositing wallet, IP address or device." Hey Beparanf -- I know what you mean! I think it's important to us that we're building something that's very trusted, and that means that operating only in countries where we hold a license that protects our players. Maybe we'll expand into some of those countries in the future! It's certainly on my wishlist! I like this attitude. Very rare. Highly recommend that people don't use VPNs if you are a blocked region. Just not worth the risk. @OP, if someone were able to do a workaround and sign up under a forbidden region, what happens to their winnings? Are you still committed to paying them out just like any other user? Hey xypos, Because of our license, we also actually request KYC from our players. So even if someone used a workaround VPN, they still shouldn't be able to bet and play. It's really important to me that we never end up in a situation where a player feels like they were cheated, so we ask for that KYC before it's even possible to deposit. Someone should never play, win, and then feel like there are hoops to jump through! ^Anna |

I undertand your license limitation about serving other countries not listed on your guidelines but you are missing a lot of good profit from gamblers that located on the forbidden country especially UK. This is my first time to see that Philippines is forbidden from gambling license Korea and China is allowed.

I have being trying out your sportsbooks to familiarize myself with the interface but I think platform still needs some touchs , tried the live betting and it doesn't show current scores which makes it difficult to play...I had to rely on a third party site to know current scores and know what am wagering on.
One last request I would really appreciate if more markets are introduced to make gambling more fun for us as gambling should go beyond win draw away.

Free bet will be an awesome Giveaway, Based on what I experience, Players are interested on giveaways that requirements is not near impossible to achieve. A giveaway with a normal amount with a normal requirements will attract players to try it. Personally I love free bets that requires only a minimum 1.5 odds to claim to the bonus. People don't need a big Giveaway but so hard to get/only few people can win. Why not distribute it fairly even on small amount. 
The deposit bonus is actually good but the rollover/Turnover requirements are a bit annoying but if I had to choose, of course the prediction contest would be more interesting
I saw the last contest the number of participants was more than other contests it means that the prediction contest has succeeded in attracting the attention of users

Prediction contest is the most common here in the forum but if you can drop a free bet for a certain amount of person(first come first serve basis) with an easy requirements like low wagering. I'm sure that many will participate. Just launch your giveaways on "games and round" board so that participants can easily spot it compared when you just post it here on your Ann thread. Yes! We've run some stuff in the Games & Rounds thread before, I'm more curious about thoughts on off-forum, on-site promotions. Any wishes? ^Anna |

Interesting promotions you have here, but could we have more sports games added to the sportsbook that's both live games and pre match games. I think that people need to start realising that Licensed & Regulated =\= safe.
I'm not saying that btb88 is a scam or anything, in fact there does seem to be quite a bit of people who were able to withdraw funds successfully from the site.
But a license from a known gambling haven doesn't mean much at all. Also, it's important to consider that being licensed means that it is more likely that KYC/AML laws will be more extensive/enforced compared to unregulated casinos, so be aware of that.
Hey Magneto, We totally agree with you. Licensed =/= safe in a lot of cases. Different licenses offer different protections and different governments do a differing amount of oversight. I will say that the Isle of Man government very actively audits our policies and practices. This definitely isn't the case in other jurisdictions. We love talking about this, and I hope more players understand the point you're driving home here. ^Anna |
