Try to send screenshot of your conversation indicating the account they give to you then attached the picture of 1xbit showing you're unavailable to withdraw. Because you might be destroying a legit service for this accusation or helping a newbie to avoid this scam service, either of the 2.

Ever since live betting came into existence, there are always people who want to take advantage of it (or rather try to take advantage of the rapid swings in the markets). I think they noticed this too, to avoid problems for both the customer and bookmaker. Customers want the shortest possible delay so that they can make the most of the odds. My post was about the VAR with football. If you offer a delay of 5 seconds or less, you're bound to have issues or customers complain that their bet has been canceled. That doesn't seem like something you really want. And if a bet had been settled in favor of the bookmaker because the odds were off, they wouldn't be able to cancel it and take the winnings. I suspect they have increased the delay time to make sure people don't exploit the system and thus no problems arise for both parties. It wouldn't be the first time that players have complained that bets are canceled. A longer delay is annoying, but it is fairer for the player and the site.
