It depends on the deal. Actually it will be a standard agency agreement. As you see there are no possibilities to write directly from person to person. It will exclude time wase for our clients. We are working with both sides and when we collect all the information about some item for an exchange, we are posting it on our page, then we check another side who want to exchange their coins or tokens. For example, you find something interesting on our page. You should fill the contact form. After that, you should provide proof of coins (POC or POT procedure we are sending by e-mail ). After that, if it is something physical for exchange ( Like a car or real estate) we will arrange about meeting for the deal. Both sides will sign a simple exchange agreement( together with the agency fee agreement as a part). In agreement coin or token owner will find the wallet address where he will need to send the coins or tokens. Wallet addresses can be owners directly or we can provide escrow wallets from our company or from our escrow partner company ( for safety reason and for the big deals). After funds will be deposited to the wallet we will sign the act of transfer ( for example deed of transfer to a new owner car or flat) It can be done more easily and every case will be done in an individual way. The deal can be made remotely as well without meeting. But anyway, any exchange for the safety of the parties will be fixed by an agreement between all parties who participated in the exchange transaction. As I told already all cases are individual. And we will try to find the best decision for all clients. If the client wants a physical meeting we will organize it if not we will provide online service for exchange.
