In addition to what Kemarit mentioned [UI], the UX part has issues of its own [it's a bit slow].

Other platform that looks really good turn out be scam. We're not here to do that.
You have a point but that isn't the case with all of the other alternatives with decent looks...

On a side note: What happened to your main account?

if your not satisfied, then feel free to delete your account but again i appreciate the feedback!
It appears there are no options for deleting accounts [unless I'm missing something].

Suggestion:
- You might want to construct a decent FAQ page...
Sure, will work on the FAQ

We will have a better update soon. We're hoping to finish the big update in less than 60 days with better UI and also with coinswap features as well as deleting your own account.
For now, deleting your own account is not available but it will be implemented in our upcoming update. We can delete test4t account if you want.
We appreciate all feedback and we will listen and see if we can accommodate everything.

To be honest, the website looks awful, at least hire someone to develop an attracted UI otherwise you might not get the needed traction from this community, just saying.
We don't see anything wrong with the UI. It looks much better than other p2p out there. Other platform that looks really good turn out be scam. We're not here to do that.

The problem with these services is that you need to define peer-to-peer, if the need for a third party to conduct the transaction, It must be trusted, meaning that you must gain sufficient trust through a real activity escrow or a company registration that subject to identity verification procedures.

Either it is completely decentralized, like Bisq, and therefore it is open source, and the company does not have any access to the private keys.

We used Bitgo service and pooled wallet and we don't have access to private key. Why don't you look it and see it for yourself.
