The problem with this kind of business is that PayPal is reversible. If you pay with PayPal and someone sends the coins to you then you can easily cancel the payment and get your money back with PayPal while the other user loses his bitcoins.

If you want to be fair with the community then you should offer to send bitcoins for paypail with trusted users.

actually i can give a gift or send money as pay service , with these its ok and refund money is impossible .
