Till now I asked them 10 questions. Given 7 different proofs.

1. In any betting site, all over the world,
If you want to do the bet @ 1.2. Bet should be placed at exact 1.2

If there is change in odds, you should ask the customer to accept the updated odds. It's the norm..

Even a layman knows it..

In addition, my settings were specifically set as

"Don't accept odds changes"

But in the last few days due to some technical issues, they
 started to place bet at random odds without confirmation..

The flaw was like if drop in odds, if market in favor of client bet gets rejected. Asked to accept
Updated odds and place it

If increase in odds, if market goes out of favor of client, there is no confirmation whatsoever
Bet is placed at losing higher odds without client acceptance

Add to it. All my bets are in fast moving live tennis games and live cricket overs. So every second, every minute changes in odds is important to me and affects me.

Because of this flaw, About 12 of my bets were rejected since odds dropped and market in my favor. I dont want to do at so less odds.
So I ignored. Most of those went to win and I Missed potential profit of 130 mb..

And in the same period 4 of my bets were placed at high odds from a losing market position without my confirmation and those bets obviously went on to lose and I had 70 mb loss.

So this flaw gave me huge loss and stress.

I complained in live chat.

You got no rights. Literally no rights to place the bet at different odds without my acceptance that too when I have specific settings as No. It's like taking money from your credit card without your acceptance. Isn't it?

But in chat I was simply rejected saying no issue and blocked me.

Why you lied in chat as no issues?

Then I complained here.

Even here, Steve ignored me saying nothing is wrong.

I want to prove my point and did sample 0.1 series of bets and recorded it and posted the video.

I trusted him. The next day there was a new feature in sportsbet

With multiple options on odds acceptance exactly the updation for the flaw I

They accepted and recognized the flaw I said. So they changed it.

So they introduced the new feature. Isn't it?

Well I raised a huge query. Given every proof. I was sufferd. I made losses.

But no proper support or reply from anyone till now..

Intially I was asking 300 mb as compensation for the potential profits I missed.

Now I just asked him 70 mb just for the losing bets, which were placed without my acceptance.

Can anyone from sportsbet answer these queries? You can't answer and you won't answer because there is no defence on your side.

What is a Scam?

1. Imagine Your flat stake is 100 mb
Between Barcelona and Man united
@ 0-0 scoreline. You place a bet at Man united
@ 2.5 odds. While bet processing Man united scored a goal. Odds dropped to 1.4. It asks to accept the new decreased odds. So instead of potential 150 mb profits,
You are forced to get just 40 profit. You missed 110 mb..

2. Now imagine, the same bet, while bet processing, if Barcelona scored a goal and odds for Man united goes to 6.99 and about to lose. Now without asking confirmation to accept new odds the bet was placed and obviously it will be lost and you missed your 100 mb

This is what happened. The flaw was like
If Odds decreased while processing, bet rejected and asked to accept new decreased odds.

If odds increases and market against you, without confirmation got placed at losing position.

All these happens even when u specifically set your settings as
" Don't accept odds changes "

So in both scenarios unfairly you lose more than 100 mb..
If in a single market, single client lose 100 mb

If it happens for 100 clients in 100 markets in 100 days,
Just imagine how big a figure it is.

Imagine how big a potential loss and issue it is.

Of course yes Sportsbet don't know who's winning and who's losing. But if u kept on reject bets with dropping odds of markets which are on customers favor
 And if u keep on accept bets without confirmation of markets which are against customer favour gives extreme net loss in live betting.


It might be an unintentional flaw. But the mistake is theirs.

Over the last few days series of my potential winning bets are rejected rejected or forced me to take at less odds. While series of my potential losing bets were placed without my confirmation.. When my settings is don't accept any odds changes. You can't simply place the bet at any higher odds and when market goes against me and reject everytime when market on my favor.

If you did, it's your mistake and you are responsible to compensate me. That's what professional sites does.

To put it simple -

Am not a newbie or a amateurish gambler... I live by live betting. Am betting with them for 4 years and deposited more than 20,000 mb. All based on trust..

Every single bet of mine is a live bet. My settings is
Don't accept odds changes. So whenever there is odds change, I get a pop confirmation message to accept or reject new odds. It was like this over the years.

But in the last few days, there occurred a flaw in their system. Bets were randomly placed at unfair odds, unintented odds, while processing bets were rejected when its about to win and placed when a bet is about to lose without asking my confirmation..

With an example I explain how big a issue this flaw gave

A. Imagine am staking 100 mb @ 30 30 score on tennis, , am taking my server to win current game @ 1. 5 odds. I expect good first serve or Ace. So I take it. While bet is processing, my player hits a Ace as I predicted, and odds dropped to 1.1. But bet was rejected. It ask me to place again at decreased 1.1.
So instead of winning 50 mb, I was forced to get just 10 mb profit.

B. Imagine now while bet is processing, my player hits a double fault and he was about to lose and odds went to 4.00 from my intended 1.5. Now without confirmation the bet was placed and I Iose the entire 100 mb..

This was the flaw. Probability of winning is huge on A. But A pays nothing. Probability of winnings is very less on B. So B obviously losses. Any professional will know how big a flaw this is. Extreme disadvantage for live betting. Always gives net loss. On top of all bets were placed with random odds without confirmation while my setting is DONT ACCEPT ODDS Changes.

Like these, I missed out about 300 mb on series of bets. I complained about this flaw in live chat..

But they responded like there is no such flaw and kept on replied no bets never will be placed without asking confirmation. They refuse to listen me and even went on to block me in live chat saying everything is fine. No flaws whatsoever..

So I brought this issue here with proofs, screenshots and videos. It was damn clear in the video the flaw occurs as I say. It's proven am perfectly correct.

After I proved with the video proofs, sportsbet rolled out a new
Update today with multiple options like
1. accept higher odds
2. Don't accept odds change
3. Accept odds change.

So it's damn clear the flaw was there as I pointed and they rectified  it today. But still I was not replied or compensated for my losses I suffered because of the flaw..

Don't know why unnecesarily so many people shooting guns at me. If u bet at sportsbet, I brought a new change and such a positive, user friendly update. But why so much hate on me. Either they all belongs to sportsbet or people who just don't bet live frequently..

I made them to rectify the flaw. But my problems loses were not solved compensated yet.

I still await for Steve response and request him to do the needful..

Sportsbet implemented a new update today.

In our profile settings, Now there are 3 new options..

1. Accept any odds change
2. Accept only only higher odds
3. Don't accept any odds change.

Good they rectified the flaw and now, its clear

To prove the flaw. I did some sample bets
0.1 mb on ongoing Dennis Novak match.
Am attaching 4 screenshots.

In this you can see, in bet slip odds is 1.31.

But above the bet slip u see market already changes to 1.39 while bet was loading. It didn't ask any accept new odds confirmation. Simply the bet got placed

in this u can see, in bet slip odds is 1.49..but while loading in market above odds changes to 1.19. But now it asks for confirmation

How big a flaw and unfair scam is going on

1. I want to take Veronica 6th game
@ 3.51. Bet takes 10 seconds to load. Please check the market above bet slip.. She was already down 0-30 and it's a huge risk reward at 3.51. I did bcoz I expected she wins the next point.

Of course she won the next point and market on my favour now and odds dropped to 2.3.

But the bet was not placed. It got rejected and asked me to accept decreased 2.6.

2. Now I again give bet at 2.6. While bet loading, she went to 15 40 into a sure losing position. Now
Market goes against me and odds went to 4.5. It's not the bet I want to do.

Now it didn't even ask confirmation or anything. Simply the bet got placed at unfair losing 4.5..

It's not my intended bet nor odds nor the position I want to enter.

Moreover my settings is don't accept odds changes. Place only the bet at odds I give.

Kindly imagine how big an unfair flaw this is

A. When the market is on customer favour, bets gets rejected.

B. When markets goes against customer and gets placed at losing position and odds.

Am using sportsbet for 4 years and more. I love sportsbet for their lightening fast withdrawals. Infact they are the best in the market when it comes to withdrawals. Any big a withdrawal will be credited in seconds.


But I hate to say they are the worst when it comes to handling customer issues.

For the last few days am having a huge problem with them

1. There is a huge flaw in sportsbet live betting system. They takes upto 10 seconds to place a bet. In that 10 second period if the odds decreases or the market comes in favour of customer. They simply reject the bet and ask to accept new decreased odds. But while bet loading, if the odds increased or the market goes against the customer, they simply place the bet without even asking customer confirmation at unintended unfair odds.

2. To put it simple, you want to take Team A at 1.6 odds in live betting. While bet loading, team A scored a goal and odds dropped to 1.1, the bet was rejected and asked to accept new 1.1 odds.

Now imagine, while bet loading, team B scored a goal and odds went upto 5 from 1.5 and market totally against us, now the bet was simply placed without asking conformation of new odds

3. So the market on favor of u, bets rejected
The market goes against u, bet accepted.

People who do live betting knows how big a flaw and unfair policy is this

I was hugely affected by this. All my winning bets were simply rejected or asked to do at less odds. While bets and markets against me and my unintended odds were placed.

Just above it, market changed to 1.29 1.27. It didn't ask me to confirm. U can see nothing there in screenshot. But simply placed the bet at unfair odds.

Also check the time frame. Like this so many so many so many unfair bets.

I asked in chat. I pointed them out the flaw. But they simply harrased me. Threatened me to block and even blocked and sarcastically smiled for asking justice

All I said is sir I given proofs. I given facts. I pointed a flaw. You yourself check it by placing bets sir. No reply. No answers. Simply said nothing is wrong and lied and lied and harrased

I need a compensation of 200 mb for these issues losses and stress I go through. I hope sportsbet management does it
