Where is the logic in that? I deposit BTC, buy LTC and try to withdraw it... How is fraud even possible and if it is, what does waiting 3 days expect to accomplish? The 3 day wait is to prevent fraud.

#1 My account is 3 days old now. #2 It says very clearly on the site "Instant deposit/withdrawal all coin" Why would I want to wait three days? Nowhere on the site did it say I would be blocked from accessing my own funds, and if it did say that there's no way in hell I would have used it. The other day I bought 150 LTC on btc-e to make a purchase... It says clearly on their site that they have instant deposit/withdrawl for all coins.
I try to pull my LTC out and it says I must wait 3 days.
So why not just wait 3 days? |

Yes, even if they give it back to me RIGHT NOW, it will still have cause me a ton of problems. I bought these LTC to purchase something, which I was not able to do in time. This site has cost me an important purchase, it clearly says that deposit/withdraw is instant. Support doesn't answer my emails, and when I asked about the admins whereabouts in the trollbox I got banned instantly. Looks pretty scammish to me. You will probably just need to wait then, maybe a day more to get new permissions activated.
Ps: I can understand you frustration but don't worry it's not a scam site (atleast not till now), so you will get your money back.

I would certainly take you up on this, as it would be a great help to actually receive my funds. But they won't let me make a code either, it says the same thing. It says very clearly on their site Instant deposit/withdrawal all coin. Support doesn't answer emails. I get banned for trying to track the admin down in the trollbox. My account is over 3 days old now, and I still can't get my funds. They are sounding more and more like a scam to me... Well that's bullshit rule, if new member is not able to withdraw he should also not able to deposit money for first 3 days.
Anyways now do you need LTC only? Check if you are able to make btc-e code of LTC.
If you are able to do that, I can put it in my account and withdraw LTC on your address or i can simply buy your btc-e code for btc.
You can check my trust ratings first.

Even though #1 my account is three days old, and #2, it says all coin deposits withdrawls are instant. Admin won't reply for the last 3 days, and when i finally mentioned it in the trollbox i just got banned.

The other day I bought 150 LTC on btc-e to make a purchase... It says clearly on their site that they have instant deposit/withdrawl for all coins.
I try to pull my LTC out and it says I must wait 3 days.
I emailed the admin... No reply for the last 2 days.
I finally got mad and asked where the admin of the scamsite was in the trollbox, and why they are withholding my funds and where the admin is... And I just got banned.
So no reply from support, and banned when I ask about the admins whereabouts.
To me this is an absolutely horrible way to handle a business..
Do not use this scamsite.

We shouldn't even be talking to the government... This is none of their business and it should stay that way.
Did you just say, "money isn't the governments business?" No, I said bitcoin is not the governments business.. And it clearly isn't. So who's going to regulate? The US? Well guess what, the rest of the world doesn't give a shit what the US says. You obviously don't understand what jurisdiction means. US will regulate Bitcoin within its borders & as it interfaces with US, no different from, say, kiddie pr0nz. It also may put pressure on other governments to regulate Bitcoin within their borders. Why did i choose a hot button like child pr0nz? Because like Bitcoin, its consumption seems impossible to regulate -- it's just a bunch of blips & bloops in da tubez, or data stored on pedo's hard drives. And yet the party van arrives.
Besides, according to FINCEN...... Well nevermind they are just a bunch of overbearing dictators that have no respect for the constitution, privacy, or any civil rights rights for that matter.
Government attempts to regulate our bitcoins should be met with fierce opposition, and no negotiations.

If being stripped down to your undies & felt up at the airport when you forget a few coins in your pocket didn't meet with "fierce opposition," i doubt anything will. You must be a genius!
