1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will Binance be the next Ethereum? on: February 21, 2021, 07:37:03 AM
It depends, the more Binance gets recognition the more it becomes vulnerable to hacks and errors so we can't really say anything about replacing which because the world is a scary place and your happiness today might become your biggest fear tomorrow.
2  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your worst dream or nightmare? on: February 21, 2021, 07:16:34 AM
I had the scariest dream last week. The dream was like this, someone was chasing me with a knife and I kept running and running until I fell into a big pit which is full of snake. Never really understood what it meant but that scared the shiit outta me
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: February 21, 2021, 06:23:46 AM
Trading is a good way to make money but it is so risky for new traders. I will suggest new traders to trade on demo account. More market analysis is needed for being a good trader.
If you can time the market right, trading crypto can give you much higher returns than traditional investments.
That's why knowing and considering what's the best cryptocurrencies over the market is sometimes a must. Furthermore, that is where we can see BTC, ETH, XRP and LTC. Actually a lot more. Also choosing the right and safe exchange should be learned.
For traders who are simply beginning, the cryptocurrency market can some of the time feel like a wild rollercoaster ride. So better to have an open eye and an open mind always.
I just recollected this colloquialism; “don’t put all your eggs in one basket,”  it may be old, yet it's a recommendation that actually remains constant when investing in cryptocurrency. Furthermore, simply a say, Instead of using only one single exchange, it very well might be smarter to use a few distinct exchanges to deal with your trades. Indeed, even the biggest ones have experienced hacks, so it pays to spread your possessions across various accounts.
However if you would prefer not to and you think it is more complicated for you, you can go for one. For instance, kucoin. I actually do my trading for BTC and ETH over there for about years. And I'm still good.

I'd say KuCoin got a decent credibility and I've been using it for quite some time - never had a serious problems so I'm all good, binance is okay too but its just as overhyped as uniswap so I shook it off. Exchanges are for trading only and solely for that reason so you just gotta choose where your preferences fits.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE on: February 11, 2021, 02:30:29 AM
It has been a while Elon Musk shill for DOGE and that's what happened today again. 2 tweets from Elon Musk. Both were interesting. But I don't get the exact reason of his shilling behind the shilling. He once said he only owns 0.25 BTC which his friend gifted him long ago.

He's a well-known/richest man in the world so he can use his clout whenever he wants, knowing that he's a fan of crypto (Dogecoin to be specific) will really create a huge impact to the crypto despite knowing that DOGE was a meme-coin. He's an inventor as well and I think that's one of the reason why he's supporting cryptocurrency technology. Soon enough I think Elon will make collaborations with top tier exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, KuCoin or even DEX's like Uniswap & Sushiswap and will accept crypto transactions when buying Tesla Model cars via BTC & ETH.

I seriously don't know what's going on inside Elon's head, I have a feeling that he's just tripping us to buy some doge but I also have a feeling that he's just an innocent soul that became a fan of a specific coin. I just don't know how to feel with him being a doge fan but I guess he's going to help the coin pump atleast.

Other celebs are doing the same but with bitcoin, which I don't quite since they just want to ride the flow.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Future? on: February 11, 2021, 01:42:14 AM
with all these celebs getting into bitcoin, I don't doubt bitcoin's future anymore.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where is the most appropriate place to hide & survive during a global dictatorship. on: February 11, 2021, 01:33:21 AM
To other country, see north koreans trying to escape from the country because no one can hide from a dictator.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the future of Ethereum smart contracts with +$20 cost of gas? on: February 08, 2021, 02:47:48 AM
The price is comically ridiculous, and its pretty much preventing ethereum to be ethereum but I guess there's always a bright side to look at - an article I've read yesterday explained that these ridiculous prices could actually mean a bullish sign for ETH

I mean there's obviously a reason why ETH keep hitting a lot of ATH these days, and one thing to also watch during a heated ether market is the ETH/BTC trading pair. A rise in this market signals traders are selling their bitcoin for ether; it has appreciated over 75% in 2021.

Move around a lot, if you are going somewhere and its just minutes away - or just walk or jog in the morning. You can do sports too.
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: February 08, 2021, 12:57:16 AM
First, you should put them in a workplace they like. Sometimes you can't really motivate person unless they're really willing to be motivated. And the wrong place can't be the place to be motivated, forcing yourself ain't just it.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here's Why Ethereum Could Beat Bitcoin As Best Asset Of 2021 on: February 04, 2021, 03:18:35 PM
Ethereum ETH market sure is gaining a lot of momentum because of DeFi projects actually. They have reached multiple ATH in this early 2021. Volumes will keep rising as they managed to launch ETH 2.0 soon.

Not to mention that Ethereum last broke its transaction fee record a month ago on Jan. 11, hitting an average $19 per transaction. Current values double the peak transaction fees recorded during "DeFi Summer" of 2020. Also the price went high despite amid predictions that an impending supply shortage will force the price up even higher.

The market surge has been boosted by increased institutional interest during the pandemic, which has seen major investors turn to cryptocurrency in an effort to diversify their portfolios during a time or economic uncertainty.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Employees can get salary in Bitcoin in Miami on: February 04, 2021, 01:47:45 PM
I think a better option is for people to indicate what percentage of their salary they want to be paid out in Crypto currencies. See, if you get your salary.. you have to transfer money to an exchange to be able to buy bitcoins. This option from your employer allows you to do the same thing, but you are not paying the fees for that.  Wink

So if you regularly buy a fixed amount of bitcoins every month, then this will be a good option for you. It just saves time and a little bit of money, if the employer does this for you.  Wink

I will not do this with the whole salary, because some businesses does not accept Bitcoin payment.. so with them you have to convert back to fiat to be able to pay them for their products and services. (This will cancel out the saving in fees, if you get paid in Bitcoin)  Roll Eyes

Same, I'd probably accept this kind of salary payment if a lot of establishments and business accepts btc as well. I'd be hard to spend the money especially when you need more cash than cryptocurrencies.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE on: February 04, 2021, 11:57:17 AM
He could be playing or joking, but there's a high chance that he's holding an amount of crypto so he's taking advantage of this popularity to hype these coins.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: xrp pump on: January 31, 2021, 03:36:31 PM
I've heard WSB and Telegram will be pumping XRP tomorrow, monday. But despite XRP's more than 50% rally, some still don't think it will reach the kind of short-term gains seen by dogecoin—though it could have further to run before its peak.

Wouldn't it be harder for xrp to move since it has a large market capitalization compared to dogecoin? It won't be as big as dogecoin pump for sure but It'll definitely still blowoff maybe from $0.75 up to $1.00
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: January 31, 2021, 12:47:27 PM
I feel they were all just scared to get into crypto before but now they're manning up and showing interest on cryptocurrency, obviously a lot of people already know what crypto is but are just too scared to dive deep into it. I am not surprised by that occurrence.
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you gracefully end an informal phone call that's taking too long? on: January 31, 2021, 12:31:52 PM
I usually end it with a phrase that I add to my sentences after telling a story "and my phone is literally dying now... so don't be mad when I hung up on you all of a sudden"
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Tether go into crisis like XRP? on: January 25, 2021, 03:41:54 PM
This SEC issue I think did not affect XRP much, the coin still got a decent volume on KuCoin right now if you see here: https://trade.kucoin.com/XRP-BTC and I doubt its value will go down in a landslide either, maybe as long as Ripple is fighting with SEC XRP's future won't be decided yet with this current issue.

I kinda like how exchanges like KuCoin and binance are still supporting XRP despite all these stumps, I think they know better than us who are only trading the coin. They put trust on the coin as if they don't know what will happen if things go down with SEC yknow, as long as these exchanges are still with XRP, I won't be selling my bags yet.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken Delists XRP on: January 25, 2021, 01:43:46 PM
No surprise there, eventually all exchanges will delist XRP if things don't get resolve between Ripple and SEC. And IMO, things will get worse if none of the two surrenders.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Do you do in your free time? on: January 25, 2021, 01:29:22 PM
I play a lot of games, then sometimes I watch tv shows if there's worth watching on Netflix - since Attack on Titan is ongoing. I just finished watching Alice in Borderland yesterda, and I don't know what to watch again lol so I go back to playing games.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to make a girl fall for you? on: January 24, 2021, 03:19:03 PM
It's hard to be yourself, be yourself when she's finally comfortable around you. First, make sure you make her special, do things that you won't dare do to others.
