Hello! Almost any new computer can mine, however its very depending on your hardware setup. For solo mining you can use Xmrig, which have the RandomArq algo implemented on their software. Download xmrig from https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig and this command for solo mining below. xmrig -o DAEMON_IP:PORT -u WALLET --coin arqma --daemonChange the parameter of DAEMON , PORT and WALLET as for your desired ones. By default port shall be: 38422 Below you can find a list of pubic nodes for your convenience: daemon.pool.gntl.co.uk (Europe)
