Huge demand sitting on the buy side.
Charts look strikingly similar to the previous run past $30.

Run-up very soon.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for trusted sites on: June 28, 2011, 11:08:47 PM
Although my product is not directly tied to Bitcon, my company is very reputable.
Great for anyone that wants to add a personal touch to their lair, or give a perfect
gift to friends and family.

Bitcoin is not currently available on our checkout page, but with a call or email, we
will make it happen.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bank on: June 28, 2011, 05:39:25 PM says it will pay interest on your account but where does it talk about loaning out bitcoins in order to make money to pay that interest?

I thought the same thing. Perhaps they trade Bitcoins... but you need a lot of capital on hand in case of losses.
If they develop a reliable system to exchange Bitcoins easily, they could charge for the transactions, such
as Paypal.

Also, is it good or bad this person(s) is in the US? There are some pretty tough rules just to call yourself a bank.
Hopefully the due diligence has been done.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins interest rates possible? on: June 28, 2011, 04:41:15 PM
We will find out... check it out, the first bitcoin bank:

Paid Interest rates.

Even so, the more the better.
Competition weeds out the weak, and makes others stronger.

This looks promising....
9  Economy / Goods / is accepting Bitcoins on: June 28, 2011, 02:09:05 PM
While it is not integrated into the checkout page, we are accepting payment in Bitcoin.
Get some of your favorite photos on canvas, or give as a gift.

Call or email us:

As an online business owner, I want to accept Bitcoins.

But at this stage, Bitcoin is difficult to build into my pricing/checkout page,
due to the uncertainty of its value.

We are working on a solution, but at this time the best answer is to have
customers place the order over the phone or by email, and we send them
an invoice with the Bitcoin price and address to send payment.

Ease of use isn't there yet. Until it is, retailers will not adopt Bitcoin. There
definitely needs to be a trusted and simple system in place for both the
merchant and the consumer for Bitcoin to gain in popularity.

I think it will happen, but it is not there yet.

12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Market Volatility on: June 28, 2011, 01:01:02 AM
I was amazed how well the price held, found a trading range, and held again.

Positive news will send Bitcoin value soaring, especially after the week of hell
it has been through, and there was little to no effect on its value.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: America is about to hit the toilet and probably with most of the world. on: June 28, 2011, 12:43:36 AM
Whether or not the economy hits the toilet,
Bitcoin's value is dependent on a strong infrastructure.

That is why it is so exciting to those who see the future of Bitcoin.
Is it speculative? Yes. Is it overpriced right now? Yes.

But if all the bugs get worked, and the infrastructure is strong,
and if you can simply press a button on your phone and send
Bitcoin safely, cheaply, and easily anywhere in the world...
well then .00000001 Bitcoin will be something worth having.

The beauty is that Bitcoin is what it is. The hard part has been
done. I don't care what the dollar or gold does. They will
continue to exist, it is a matter how established and intertwined
Bitcoin can become in society.

The internet in the beginning, to those from the outside, was
weird, clunky, not useful, a side item in society. For those who
understood what it could be, the internet was going to change
the world.

Enter Bitcoin. It may take many years, but I think we can see
that this will be world changing... at some point change the way
we spend, earn, and pay.

Love the site! Great work!
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Price Predictions on: June 26, 2011, 04:14:45 PM
I really would like to $8-9 today, as I am sitting on some cash.
With some stability and the flow of positive news, we could easily see 50+
by August.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to sell/buy bitcoins without fees? on: June 26, 2011, 04:12:01 PM
I am currently using Tradehill, but it is clunky. Bitcoin7 looks good, but needs some volume. Staying away from the mountain of Gox until they get their stuff together.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Businesses and Developers, Let's Get Started! on: June 26, 2011, 04:05:05 PM
I have an online business already established outside of bitcoin.

Talking to my programmer of what we need to to accept bitcoin on the website. For now if you want to order and pay in bitcoin, either call or email me (See website for info).
