A friend and me have been scammed by Kingcasino founding team members - in recent weeks, we managed to disclose their real identities as they had been operating under fake names. We also found one confirmed home address of one of the founding members. The two "brains" behind this scam live in Germany and we have contracted a lawyer to file a lawsuit. Since our damage has been quite substantial, it is quite a substantial effort. If anyone has also been damaged by this project and the people behind it, please contact me and you are more then welcome to join in on our civil lawsuit to be filed at the district court of Berlin.

Hi, first, thanks for some members here that are actually discussing and not only insulting. I understand that not everyone here is a "fan" of CRO and crypto.com as a company. Matter of fact is that 50k plus CRO are worth over 0.6 BTC today. Sure it could be that they are going down to nothing, however, all of us here are crypto guys, i assume. And the same goes for the 0.3 BTC i was originally asking for. Theoretically, they can of course be worth x% less or more in July or in September. None of us knows, so its a bit of a useless discussion. As for alternative securities i can offer for the loan - the only "digital" assets i could offer if someone preferred is my domain portfolio which i could transfer to the lender until repaid. I could ultimately also include the domain that is associated to the project i am trying to finish up. Now i have also put up some of the domains for sale, if one of them gets done now, the amount i would need to lend would lower. If someone is seriously interested (terms if not involving the CROs anymore, 20% interest payback in July necessary. If not, forfeit the domains), i can send the complete list and proof of ownership. On the general topic, i do disagree that personal information and contracts are "worth nothing" as one member here suggested. After all, there are laws and (in some countries) questionable justice in our world  Also, some it seems would like 0.6 BTC as security to lend 0.3 - it is clear i would suggest, that thats not how things work. After all, i know its a risk, but i am also offering 20% interest for roughly 40 days of loan bearing in mind the risk involved for the lender. I did offer 50.000 CRO (current value 0.6BTC under the circumstances i explained as security and now alternatively a pretty neat domain portfolio. Yes, everything might not worth be much or anything in July, all is possible in todays world. Again, thanks for productive feedback and non insulting comments by at least some here! |

Hi Condoras, we all know that Coins can go up and down. I do not want to argue with you - you do not like my offer and that is absolutely fine! If you are investing in crypto - have a look at crypto.com and check out their CRO token. I do not consider it a bad shitcoin at all I think better 2 billion market cap and a working project rather than 6 years old - but that is only personal preference. You continue to try to convince us based on the false argument of a market cap price, which as you said doesn't matter. Sorry but I agree with MRKLYE on this. You just want to get BTC for nothing. Sorry mate, i am NOT trying to convince you. What i want is just to talk normally here without insults. Nobody is forcing you to do anything, to believe anything or to appreciate CRO. I was just suggesting that you maybe check that coin before claiming that it isnt worth anything. Hi, yes - sorry, i did not know that there is predetermined colletaral here. I saw some posts with offer of zero collateral so i thought it was fair enough to offer CRO
The posts that you see either was from newbies who want to get their hands in BTC for free like it's candies or from high ranked/trusted members. How is it fair if you can't move them to the lender's wallet? Since if there is even the slightest possibility/chance to reclaim the collateral that you offer, this deal that you propose is nowhere near to "fair". which arent magical bean token but rather have a 2 Billion USD Market Cap and are ranked 10th in Crypto.
So what?  Can you check how many tokens/ coins been in this spot before CRO and where they are now? I prefer to get collateral which is in 22nd place atm but it's more than 6 years around rather some bumping token. Hi Condoras, we all know that Coins can go up and down. Again i am not going to your level using your type of language - although by now i would like to. I might not be "anyone" here - if you are anything here, i dont know if i really want to be "here" I dont know in which dump you live, but in my jurisdiction, breaking a written contract by ultimately commiting fraud is a criminal offense which you wouldnt want to do, especially if you then are definitely going to loose the collateral assets which are worth double the loan amount. Now, since i realize that you are a tad bit mentally challenged, i will explain some real world facts to you: 1. CRO and MCO are not magic beans, at least the CRO have been quite magic lately, but not beans. 2. Maybe i am naive, but i assume that there are people around here that do understand real world stuff like contracts, IDs and non anonymous communication on a civilized level. 3. The reason why i cant sell the coins before the fixed staking term is up is exactly that, they are staked for a fixed period of time. If they were freely available, it wouldnt be a fixed term staking but rather a so called soft staking. If you need any more real world advice or terminology explained, hit me up - i will gladly help you out! Maybe you miss reading what is considered as valid collateral here. ID's, contracts and any kind of doxs are not among them. The same rule applies for tokens and coins that the lender cannot liquidate fast and easily in case of default. As for magical beans, we have seen a lot of tokens that grow tremendously at their first period of time (1-3 months) and then go to dump faster than light, ending with a 100% loss. So unless you offer a well-known coin which is tradable in all the major exchangers, you stand 0 chances to see this request filled. Hi, i cant sell the staking as it is an investment staking which provides daily interest in CRO for a fixed term. The staking can be released in September. Of course i would provide ID, full details and we would set up a contract - i did not stake 50.000 CRO and 500 MCO on crypto.com months ago to "scam" 0.3 BTC here. This is a fair transaction, i pay back in time then you get 0.36 BTC for 0.3 BTC in July - if not, i forfeit my 50.000 CRO to you. Thats obviously not my plan, just check the CRO/BTC daily chart I would like that both of us, me and the lender exchange all personal details, ID etc. and make a mutually benefitial deal. So basically the fund is hold upto 3 months. There will have no benefir of those information of any lenders here who would lend you. As those cant be verified either legit or not also if legit still those cant work as the site may ask a signature by holding the id and write something with the face. As you are the real person you can do that but the lender never be able to do that. As a result all funds will be loss. Are you trying to recover those 0.3 BTC which you have been scammed though I have not seen anything like that on your profile. Waste of time man, so many red flags here, brand new account, telling people to PM if they have questions so they can manipulate them, false promises of collateral that can easily be revoked.... Anyone loaning this person money is never going to see it back, nor will they get the staked coin collateral. One of the oldest tricks in the books trying to be played out here.
