1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Kingcasino turned scam on: July 05, 2020, 01:08:17 PM
A friend and me have been scammed by Kingcasino founding team members - in recent weeks, we managed to disclose their real identities as they had been operating under fake names. We also found one confirmed home address of one of the founding members. The two "brains" behind this scam live in Germany and we have contracted a lawyer to file a lawsuit. Since our damage has been quite substantial, it is quite a substantial effort. If anyone has also been damaged by this project and the people behind it, please contact me and you are more then welcome to join in on our civil lawsuit to be filed at the district court of Berlin.

3  Economy / Lending / Re: *REQUEST* 0.3 BTC payback 0.36 BTC in July on: June 17, 2020, 11:56:10 AM
Hi, first, thanks for some members here that are actually discussing and not only insulting. I understand that not everyone here is a "fan" of CRO and crypto.com as a company. Matter of fact is that 50k plus CRO are worth over 0.6 BTC today. Sure it could be that they are going down to nothing, however, all of us here are crypto guys, i assume. And the same goes for the 0.3 BTC i was originally asking for. Theoretically, they can of course be worth x% less or more in July or in September. None of us knows, so its a bit of a useless discussion.

As for alternative securities i can offer for the loan - the only "digital" assets i could offer if someone preferred is my domain portfolio which i could transfer to the lender until repaid. I could ultimately also include the domain that is associated to the project i am trying to finish up. Now i have also put up some of the domains for sale, if one of them gets done now, the amount i would need to lend would lower. If someone is seriously interested (terms if not involving the CROs anymore, 20% interest payback in July necessary. If not, forfeit the domains), i can send the complete list and proof of ownership.

On the general topic, i do disagree that personal information and contracts are "worth nothing" as one member here suggested. After all, there are laws and (in some countries) questionable justice in our world Wink Also, some it seems would like 0.6 BTC as security to lend 0.3 - it is clear i would suggest, that thats not how things work. After all, i know its a risk, but i am also offering 20% interest for roughly 40 days of loan bearing in mind the risk involved for the lender. I did offer 50.000 CRO (current value 0.6BTC under the circumstances i explained as security and now alternatively a pretty neat domain portfolio. Yes, everything might not worth be much or anything in July, all is possible in todays world.

Again, thanks for productive feedback and non insulting comments by at least some here!

P.S. your account is fucked now. Should probably make a new one.. Because 2 red feedbacks and less than 30 messages screams of scammer.

Maybe reconsider coming in here trying to scam people next time you fucking scrub.

Man, that you are dumb and primitive is quite obvious for everyone now. But probably you are also ugly and depressed if you have nothing else to do than type profane bs all day. Go get some psycho help and maybe work out a bit! A negative rating from you is like a world medal of honor Grin anyone who gets a positive rating from scum like you must hate their life! Get some courage and finish what you have been thinking about so many times and end that pathetic life of yours

Hi Condoras, we all know that Coins can go up and down. I do not want to argue with you - you do not like my offer and that is absolutely fine! If you are investing in crypto - have a look at crypto.com and check out their CRO token. I do not consider it a bad shitcoin at all Wink I think better 2 billion market cap and a working project rather than 6 years old - but that is only personal preference.

You continue to try to convince us based on the false argument of a market cap price, which as you said doesn't matter. Sorry but I agree with MRKLYE on this. You just want to get BTC for nothing.

Sorry mate, i am NOT trying to convince you. What i want is just to talk normally here without insults. Nobody is forcing you to do anything, to believe anything or to appreciate CRO. I was just suggesting that you maybe check that coin before claiming that it isnt worth anything. If you do not want to do that and believe a company with 2 million users and a decent case for their coin is shit, absolutely fine with me! No problem whatsoever. I guess all the CRO investors are idiots and you know better. Just out of curiosity, which shitcoin do you like or would recommend to a friend? (That is if its possible to have a normal conversation on this platform)

Hi, yes - sorry, i did not know that there is predetermined colletaral here. I saw some posts with offer of zero collateral so i thought it was fair enough to offer CRO

The posts that you see either was from newbies who want to get their hands in BTC for free like it's candies or from high ranked/trusted members.
How is it fair if you can't move them to the lender's wallet? Since if there is even the slightest possibility/chance to reclaim the collateral that you offer, this deal that you propose is nowhere near to "fair".

which arent magical bean token but rather have a 2 Billion USD Market Cap and are ranked 10th in Crypto.

So what? Cheesy Can you check how many tokens/ coins been in this spot before CRO and where they are now? I prefer to get collateral which is in 22nd place atm but it's more than 6 years around rather some bumping token.

8  Economy / Lending / Re: *REQUEST* 0.3 BTC payback 0.36 BTC in July on: June 15, 2020, 01:57:07 PM

Again i am not going to your level using your type of language - although by now i would like to. I might not be "anyone" here - if you are anything here, i dont know if i really want to be "here"  Cheesy I dont know in which dump you live, but in my jurisdiction, breaking a written contract by ultimately commiting fraud is a criminal offense which you wouldnt want to do, especially if you then are definitely going to loose the collateral assets which are worth double the loan amount. Now, since i realize that you are a tad bit mentally challenged, i will explain some real world facts to you: 1. CRO and MCO are not magic beans, at least the CRO have been quite magic lately, but not beans. 2. Maybe i am naive, but i assume that there are people around here that do understand real world stuff like contracts, IDs and non anonymous communication on a civilized level. 3. The reason why i cant sell the coins before the fixed staking term is up is exactly that, they are staked for a fixed period of time. If they were freely available, it wouldnt be a fixed term staking but rather a so called soft staking. If you need any more real world advice or terminology explained, hit me up - i will gladly help you out!

Maybe you miss reading what is considered as valid collateral here. ID's, contracts and any kind of doxs are not among them. The same rule applies for tokens and coins that the lender cannot liquidate fast and easily in case of default.
As for magical beans, we have seen a lot of tokens that grow tremendously at their first period of time (1-3 months) and then go to dump faster than light, ending with a 100% loss. So unless you offer a well-known coin which is tradable in all the major exchangers, you stand 0 chances to see this request filled.
I imagine though that you don't have anything else to offer so I suggest to lock your thread.

Imagine coming on here, making a new account and talking about written contracts while trying to scam people out of money.

You aren't fooling anyone, liquidate your staked assets and go finish your project.

Thanks for your advice MRKLYE - duly noted. I have tried to explain you things in the simplest way possible, apparently without major success Wink One thing you right with tho - i aint "fooling" anyone! Especially not the self proclaimed know it best Uberfool of Bitcoin Forum! Please keep your accusations to yourself unless you have at least a shred of proof, what you are doing is called defamation and is something you shouldnt do, not even hidden behind a nick on the www. As you will not know what that word means, here an explanation: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/defamation
10  Economy / Lending / Re: *REQUEST* 0.3 BTC payback 0.36 BTC in July on: June 15, 2020, 12:59:59 PM
Hi, i cant sell the staking as it is an investment staking which provides daily interest in CRO for a fixed term. The staking can be released in September. Of course i would provide ID, full details and we would set up a contract - i did not stake 50.000 CRO and 500 MCO on crypto.com months ago to "scam" 0.3 BTC here. This is a fair transaction, i pay back in time then you get 0.36 BTC for 0.3 BTC in July - if not, i forfeit my 50.000 CRO to you. Thats obviously not my plan, just check the CRO/BTC daily chart Wink I would like that both of us, me and the lender exchange all personal details, ID etc. and make a mutually benefitial deal.
So basically the fund is hold upto 3 months. There will have no benefir of those information of any lenders here who would lend you. As those cant be verified either legit or not also if legit still those cant work as the site may ask a signature by holding the id and write something with the face. As you are the real person you can do that but the lender never be able to do that. As a result all funds will be loss. Are you trying to recover those 0.3BTC which you have been scammed though I have not seen anything like that on your profile.

Waste of time man, so many red flags here, brand new account, telling people to PM if they have questions so they can manipulate them, false promises of collateral that can easily be revoked....
Anyone loaning this person money is never going to see it back, nor will they get the staked coin collateral. One of the oldest tricks in the books trying to be played out here.

What project do you need that type of money to complete CryptoBen76? I happen to be a developer and if you were actually looking to finish a project I might be able to help you out, but sure as fuck wouldn't loan on false promises of collateral.

The very fact you have a winking face after telling people to go check the charts should be enough to make anyone considering this bullshit to about face and run away.
Your offer is vague, your collateral isn't actually collateral and the lack of history on your account almost ensures this is a scam attempt. Kindly fuck off or cough up proper collateral and a plan of how the funds will be used.
Dear MRKLYE, might be a waste of time - the following sentences i can not decypher as they do not make much sense in the english language. Again, if you believe someone will set up a 0.3 BTC scam by investing 50.000CRO and 500MCO (obviously with proper KYC, because otherwise not possible with crypto.com) be my guest. You are entitled to believe what you believe. I wasnt aware of the fact that PMs are a "red flag" - i consider exchanging personal identification in private "normal" and not a "red flag". Now to the point, what kind of language are you using?? I didnt do anything to you nor do you have any proof of "scam" - but you are very fast to make accusations without any evidence or base. Using profane language to a stranger in the anonimity of the www... I will not give a "plan on how to use the funds", i am offering a fair deal with written contract, and proper Identification plus of course full access to my collateral account. If you do not consider this fair or legit, fine - even voice your opinion about it. But jesus man, do not accuse people you dont know without any proof whatsoever and keep your f*bombs to yourself!

Listen "newbie"... I've seen thousands of fucks like yourself come on here and drop nearly identical posts, only to snag some sucker and fuck him out of his BTC.

You aren't anyone here, your account is brand new and the collateral you are offering is easily revoked resulting in a scam.

If you have coins staked, unstake them and sell them to get the 0.3 BTC. Why you think anyone would give you thousands of dollars on your word is some straight up mongoloid shit.
You type like a scammer, your proposition is that of a scammer and your inability to come up with any real reason or collateral just screams of trying to pull a fast one.
If this isn't the case, and you're not a scammer, sorry.. However you're either naive or an idiot in that case to think anyone would bother risking their money on a fucking newbie.

"I got some magic beans growing, give me your BTC and you can have the grown vines"

Hard pass, go liquidate your staked coins and finish your project. Don't ask people here for money when you supposedly have staked coins.

Again i am not going to your level using your type of language - although by now i would like to. 16  Economy / Auctions / **ESTABLISHED PROJECT, Website & Customer Data with top ranking BOAT BUSINESS** on: June 05, 2020, 07:21:47 AM
Hi all, i am selling an established Boat and Yacht Booking site with a hefty Corona discount (previous owner died). The business has been running for many years, i can show you numbers which i have available for 2019 season. The business is aimed at the Balearics, specifically the island of Mallorca. The Boat rental and Yacht Charter industry had a mega boom over there for the past 10 years, abruptly stopped by the so called Corona pandemic. All signs indicate that this industry will really have a sharp V recovery with the upcoming summer season 2021 and already with fall tourism which is expected to come in strong starting late August. The potential here is as follows - in the boat and yacht industry, you get an agent commission in between 10-25% of the booking value. Of course this can vary depending on your individual negotiation skills, potential extras etc etc. I can give very detailled insight here upon request. This business has proven to turn over 100k plus easy even with only part time dedication. It is also possible to set this up as pure affiliating with a selection of the major platforms, of course this will lower the commission but also require minimal effort. The domain name is absolute premium and due to its age very well positioned. There are about 10 inquiries a day depending on the season with a very good closure rate. There are several thousand customer data included, many repeat customers.

Asking price is 3 BTC or equivalent in Crypto which is a steal for a developed project in this lucrative niche.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have! There is no legal entity/company part of this deal, you might use an existing structure you have or use any new one that is appropriate for you.

Btw - the existing hosting is paid for until the end of the year. But of course it can be changed if buyer wants to use his own hosting. The project and the selection of games was aimed at German speaking markets but can of course be used for any market!

Hi there, the gaming license is NOT part of the sale! Depending on the jurisdiction and how you would want to operate, i have a colleague who can provide the adequate licensing. I can provide you the whole gameset via PM. There are several card games and Roulette as well, most are slots. If its interesting to the buyer, i can also have a set of live games included. You can use your own hosting or continue using the existing one which is with a specialised gaming host provider (payment in crypto)
