It’s definitely something amazing to see that a community member would be able to give it back to community this much, that’s showing that he is a person with good parents as well, because whoever raised him ended up being someone good in order to raise such a good person as well and I always say you need to read the manual book to understand how a machinery works, and this machine works very well and kind.
I applaud something so nice, it’s definitely a good move and it’s definitely a good amount to help people out. In a world where everyone is having trouble and everyone looking to get ahead themselves, seeing selfless people really brightens my day.

Nope, Other players including whales has no problem withdrawing on the casino right now with much huge balance than Gen. His account just have an issue that makes his case much longer to process than regular KYC application of other user. I really doubt that the casino is having low funds because they still have whale players that actively competing on the hourly, daily and weekly tournaments even the reward decrease significantly. The team just need to become transparent on what’s going on with his account because it already take too much time to access his account. This is really frustrating on player side because his money is stuck in there. I have no Problem to wait on the investigation and withdraw but the frustrating thing is that i cant even access the site to play for the hourly/daily/weekly I have play bjfun every day for months and now its the first time that i miss days Yeah, I understand that frustration because you are missing out the fun while you can use your balance in there. So the reason for your KYC verification is not the huge balance in your account but rather they are investigating if the Plinko that you use to play and won huge amount might have an error by the time you use it? This ill surely take some time because investigation like this is very sensitive to give a fair result. How much money does your account balance still have? Is the money that you won on Plinko is still there are you already withdrew it previously before this KYC verification to your account? I had withdraw 88 mbtc which was instant, later withdraw 88 mbtc again which is still pending and had left 267 mbtc on my acc before KYC setup |

So you waited almost 5 days right? Previously our friend @dimonstration experienced the same thing with a different case
If I'm not mistaken, the problem is solved in less than 3 days it's a light case while your case needs investigation how do you win 2 mbtc to 500 mbtc of course they think you are exploiting a bug.
It happened to me before as well, but it was resolved in just a day thanks to @sujonali. I guess now as the site moves into the latest version it needs to clear all the players, hopefully once you've been whitelisted the KYC process won't trigger for you anymore. My last deposit Was actually 2 mbtc and i did it to 40 mbtc in bj and then i played plinko with 6k sat bets and Balance go down and down, i increased to 60k sat and hit 420x which was 252 mbtc hit, later i did 100 ubtc bets bj = 10k sat for hourly, later i withdraw and wanted to bet 100 ubtc again but i forgot that i put my btc from ubtc to mbtc and have bet 100 mbtc instead by mistake and got a BJ = 250 mbtc.
Wanted bet 2$ but did 2000$ 😅
