1  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bird Flu Virus spreading in China!!! on: May 27, 2020, 08:54:05 AM
The country’s agriculture ministry said bird flu could spread as china struggles to cope with the coronavirus. Meanwhile, china has taken steps to prevent bird flu.

The bird flu virus has killed many people around the world in the last few decades. In 2009-10 and 2013-14, it spread worldwide. At the time, the world health organisation and various countries took extensive measures to prevent it.

What is bird flu??

Bird flu is usually a flu or influenza-like disease. The disease is caused by a virus called avian influenza. Also called bird flu, bird influenza and avian flu. The virus carries the disease to birds. The disease can spread rapidly because birds can move from one place to another very quickly. Again, the disease is easily transmitted to domesticated birds Through birds that roam freely in nature.

Symptoms of bird flu:

Usually 1-3 days after the infection, the patient develops cold symptoms like common flu or influenza such as Fever, body aches, chills, sneezing, cough, headache, muscle aches, vomiting, diarrhea etc. Symptoms of bird flu can be very mild in many cases and extremely severe in many cases where the risk of death increases. Later complications can lead to brain infection or encephalitis,  heart infections or myocarditis, muscle infections or myositis. Bird flu is an acute form of influenza.

How can spread:

Bird flu can be caused by direct contact with infected animals or from waste. Again, direct contact with an infected person can spread bird flu to another person. Bird flu can be contracted if the eggs or meat of infected birds are not cooked properly.

Diagnostic tests

In the case of bird flu diagnosis, the virus can be detected by looking at the antibodies of this virus in the blood through PCR method. The disease is usually diagnosed by taking saliva samples from the nose and mouth with a virus culture or virus antigen RNA and TPCR.

What to do to prevent bird flu:

It is a contagious viral disease. Bird flu can be prevented by following the following precautions and being a little careful E.G.

Poultry or chickens or other birds that have fallen ill or dyed abnormally should not be caught or moved empty-handed.
Sick ducks, chickens should not be slaughtered or feathers should not be removed or moved. Chicken should be prevented from catching and playing with sick ducks, chickens or other birds. The virus is found in excess in the faces or infected birds. Therefore, those who keep birds in the house are more likely to be infected between children or adults through bird droppings.
After catching ducks, chickens or animals two hands should be thoroughly cleaned with soap or ash and water.
When working in a poultry or poultry house, the nose or mouth should be well covered with cloth. Eyes, nose or mouth should not be touched without washing hands after handing animals.
Poultry, chickens meat should be boiled and Cooked well.
Eating half-boiled meat, eggs or meat-based Foods can lead to infections. People living in or around the area where bird flu is prevalent should stay away from buying, selling or slaughtering ducks, chickens or other birds.
Sick duck, chicken or other bird droppings cannot be used as manure or fish feed.
Care must be taken when buying dead ducks, chickens or birds in the ground. If a person stuffers from fever, cold or cough after catching ducks.

Signs warning of one package of toilet paper per customer during the coronavirus pandemic are not an indication of supply chain figure. It is more a mark of an event that no one could have predicted.

Toilet paper is a product that is in the "Just-in-time" supply chain. Responsive and integrated, just-in-time supply networks ensure items arrive when they are needed to keep shelves stocked.

This is important not just for perishables, which might first come to mind when we think of timely delivery.
Packages of toilet paper are big and bulky. No one wants to pay to stockpile warehouse supplies just in case of an event like a global pandemic-not manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers or consumers, to whom the cost would be passed onto.

But when world of COVID-19 spread, consumers became willing to stockpile this item in their homes, both disrupting the supply chain system and creating living spaces crammed with paper products.

Just in time supply chains are what helps to keep costs low through the system. But that means these networks are more easily distracted than "just in case" supply chains.

Some traditional manufacturers use just-in-case production and distribution, keeping raw materials and stock on hand in the event of emergencies or disasters. These networks are more costly but also better prepared to respond to surging demand, as we have seen recently.

We think,
Samira Yasmin said she had an ear infection about a year and a half ago.

She then started talking antibiotics on the advice of a doctor. The doctor gave her a 5-days course. But she stopped taking the medicine after three days because she felt better.

As a result, after a month and a half, the ear pain started again. Then she bought and ate the same medicine herself. Although the two have been healthy for a month, the earache comes back again.

Ms Yasmin said she was then given more antibiotics than before when she went to the doctor and was told that the previous medication was no longer working to prevent disease in her body.

What is the damage to the body??

The sale of antibiotics in pharmacies without a prescription is banned in many countries.

But many people take antibiotics without a doctors advice. Again many do not finish certain courses. What is the damage to the body?

Dr Mohammad Zakaria, for head of the Department of Nose, Ear and Throat at Holy Family College and Hospital, said antibiotics should not be used for viral infections such as colds and coughs. However, it can be given if infections goes to the second stage.

He said that the main goal of antibiotics is to kill the germs of the disease.

Mr Zakaria said, "the doctor gives a course of 5 to 7 days to understand the condition of a patient. But If someone does not eat for two days before that time. then whatever happens, then that antibiotic becomes infective in the patient's body. More antibiotics are needed later.

Excessive use of antibiotics in the human body or not completing the course can lead to various problems.

First, her immunity is lost. Dr Zakaria saying that there are many kinds of germs and viruses in the air. They lost the ability to resist.

As a result, the body becomes weak. The risk of being easily infected with any disease increases.

" Usually it’s not okay for doctor's to prescribe antibiotics unless it’s a very serious condition, "he said.

The educational process encourages the full development of an individuals inherent qualities and helps him to acquire the skills needed to establish Himself as a productive member of society. Education is the acquisition of knowledge or skills in the general scene. In a board scene, education is the process of gaining systematic knowledge. But education is a continuous practice of developing to the fullest of potential.
In the words of socrates,"education is the eradication of falsehood and the development of truth". Aristotle said, Education is to create a healthy mind in a healthy body.

The state refers to a political organisation that has the sovereign power to control the people of a geographical area and it’s adjoining areas. The state usually consists of a group of instructions. These instructions, as authorities, make rules for governing members of the society living within the respective geographical boundaries. While it is truth that status as a state depends to a large extent on it’s recognition as a state, it depends on the recognition of different states.

Under max weber's sphere of influence, the state is an organisation that has absolute control over all means of law enforcement in a given territory, including the armed force, civilians, society, the bureaucracy, the courts and law enforcement.

Coronavirus: COVID-19 How long will the global epidemic take?

The world is closed. The places that are crowded  with people walking now look haunted. Restrictions on daily movement, School closure, travel bands, restrictions on public gatherings-all these have created this situation.

The way the whole world has responded to prevent a disease is unprecedented.

But where is the end of it?? When will people be able to return to their normal daily life?

The prime minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has said that Britain will be able to "turn the tide" of the coronavirus in 12 weeks. A total of one and a half weeks have passed so far.

The number of infections will decrease within three months, but coronavirus infections has a long way to go.

It may take up to a few years.

It is clear that the way bid cities are being shut down and rules are being imposed on people’s daily movements is not possible in the long run. If everything is closed like this, the social and economic impact will be severe.

Countries need to find a strategy to get out of this situation. We have to find a way to get back to normal life by lifting the restrictions.

It is true that the imposition of restrictions has made it possible to prevent the spread of coronavirus. If these restrictions are lifted, the number of infections will increase a lot.

There’s a big problem with what the strategy is for getting out of here and how we get out of there," said mark woolhouse, a Professor of infectious disease at the university of Edinburgh.

He said no country in the world has a strategy on the issue.

Fixing this strategy is a big Scientific and social challenge.

There are three ways to do this.

1. Vaccinated
2.Many people become infected as a result of the virus.
3.Or to bring about a permanent change in the behavior of people and society.

It will take 12 to 18 months for the vaccine to arrive. If they received this vaccine, they will not get sick from exposure to the coronavirus. The more people that can be vaccinated the better, if 80 percent of the population were vaccinated, the virus would not spread.

Coronavirus has already been tested experimentally in the United States. When a vaccine is discovered, it is first tested on an animal. In this case, special approval has been applied to the people first.

Work is in full swing to discover a vaccine for coronavirus. But whether it will be successful or whether the vaccine will be given around the world. He is not sure.

The coronavirus, Whose common name is Covid-19, has now been declared a pandemic by the world health organisation.

The virus, which causes serious human lung disease-previously to unknown to scientists-has spread from China to most of the world.

What is the virus??

Coronavirus is a contagions virus that has never spread to humans before.

The virus has killed more than a million people worldwide. The number of infected worldwide has exceeded 2 million plus.

Another name for the virus is 2019. NCOV or Novel coronavirus. It is a type of coronavirus. There are many species of coronavirus but six species can be transmitted to humans. However due to the new type of virus, that number will be seven from now on.

The SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) virus, which has been spreading in China since 2002, has killed 64 people and infected 6,096. That too was a kind of coronavirus.

The new disease was initially called by various name, such as: China virus', 'Coronavirus', '2019 Encav', 'New virus', Mystery virus', etc.

In the second week of February this year, the world health organisation officially named the disease Covid-19, which is an acronym for coronavirus disease 2019.

The new named for the coronavirus disease is 'COVID-19'

What are the symptoms of the disease:

In addition to respiratory  symptoms, fever, cough, and respiratory problems are the main problems,

It attacks the lungs,

Symptoms usually begin with a dry cough and fever, followed by respiratory problems.

It usually takes an average of five days for the symptoms to manifest.

The world health organisation says the incubation  period of the virus lasts up to 14 days. However, according to some researchers, it can last up to 24 days.

When people show symptoms of the virus, they are more likely to infect people. However , the idea is that people can infect healthy people even when they are not sick.
