The deposit transaction confirmed on the users winning account 122d84e9a2b8f9707fdc7ea687cf27582bd834387b1549c810bbe97cf1458b45 to the deposit address 3A6Pet4CfspjwTYKKEieu8hjDSJBSKqt2v. One of the users recent double spent transactions 33ecc307458b6bb7679de2393cfff5c35ec86d5f191870f8db7ad1dfc686f416 to the deposit address 3N4zB5kF5YrHJJPUT1dvXhSmyZXbtq3diD. By using https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/33ecc307458b6bb7679de2393cfff5c35ec86d5f191870f8db7ad1dfc686f416the forum users here would be able to verify that the input address for the double spending account's deposit 3KYWYDUgwfru42remWdxXbsnL2CvThFF7w is instead funding the address 163LxLwRvMtDboEjuWpZ8wzwCnux9jNJbV wich in turn is funding the primary input 3EhZHqfT71ug3JXqr8sTTn3PaUsLa7rN7U that is the source for the confirmed deposit transaction for the winning account 122d84e9a2b8f9707fdc7ea687cf27582bd834387b1549c810bbe97cf1458b45. This user has been found to have used this method to attempt defrauding Bitcasino in the past on other registered accounts but we are unfortunately unable to disclose other methodology used for fraud prevention publically. Our fraud team has seized this account was linked to several others, registered by the same individual, that had double spent deposits after spending the funds in Blackjack.

Under the rule 5.19:
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the “Double Spend” methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings.
Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

I haven't done anything wrong to deserve to get my winnings AND my deposit money confiscated, what is this?!
I have seen a quite a number of issues regarding Bitcasino (most got solved in the most reasonable approach in the end), this is the first time I'm seeing anything related to them claiming a "Double Spend", so you should please shed a bit more light into your deposit method or approach which they are question (perhaps a txid), was it initially sent with a low fee and later bumped ? Please as well note that, I'm not coming into Bitcasino's defense here, this is just to get better understanding of what happened and what the community would decide to be the best approach about the situation. Yes, it was sent with a very low fee, as your balance shows up instantly, so no point in paying $3 or more for fees. But the fee wasnt bumped, it stayed the same. I don't think it can be bumped anyway?? Not sure, got into Bitcoins only few months ago. I mean, I thought that it was a legit site, because my friend always gambles there so why are they not letting people cash-out? |

What happened:: I deposited around $1.5k or so, betted on live blackjack, hit a blackjack and won €3k. After that I tried to cashout, of course.. they didn't let me, told me to e-mail the security, so I did that, I provided my ID, after I done that they stopped responding for a while, so I had to make a post there, after I made it I was contacted, told them my username on that casino and recieved an email saying: Thank you for sending in the documents that are required for KYC procedure.

I won't open a scam accussasion yet, I will wait on how the situation escalates.
I'm still trying to get my money back, so hopefully they will see this post and let me cashout finally.
I'm really desperate, it took a lot of time to save up this money and €3000 is in no way little money..

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my story..
So I deposited around $1500? went to blackjack and went all in, I hit a blackjack and won around €3k (yes, doing all in is not that smart, but in my opinion its less riskier than doing 10% bets and losing a lot of times in the row + it saves a lot of time)
Alright, so I was really happy that I won, so I went to withdraw.. withdrawal was canceled.
I email the security support and they told me to take a pic of my ID and some bill, so I did.. I sent it to them
after that, they told me to do it AGAIN but on some site (which I don't really like, i'm already sharing my ID with them and sharing it with another site is just straight up sketchy for me)
So I tried to do that and wow, what a surprise! The site's "camera" is "broken", tried to take a pic of the ID and everything, but everything is blurry, the camera just straight up doesn't focus so I email that to the support and what happens next? Nothing.
I didn't recieve any response. I hope the owner or someone who can help me sees it, I just want to withdraw my damn money, €3000 is not a small amount!
I have did everything I was asked for, supplied the ID and they still don't let me withdraw!
EDIT: I just want to add that those $1500 were half of my savings, I was desperate with money, so I tried to double it.
I just can't afford to lose this much money. especially €3000, I just want to withdraw my money that I won, I won't play on that casino again.
