I heard about this offering thru a press release. Effectively, you can open a self directed IRA thru Choice by Kingdom Trust as a retail or accredited investor, buy Bitcoin and then have it custodied at Fidelity Digital Assets. However there is a waitlist that clears 100 people every 2 weeks. When I signed up last week, i was # 21,000 So in 8 years, I will get access? AND they are looking for referrals...Am i missing something?

Economy / Securities / Bitcoin with a CUSIP

Hello... Are there any Bitcoin instruments that have CUSIPs (and therefore could be considered Securities) away from GBTC? I have heard whisper chatter that they do exist as it is permissible by SEC to add a CUSIP to Bitcoin if the underlying coins have been held for 6months . That said, all I can see offered is GBTC.. is it possible that these other offerings are “private label” type stuff and not advertised?

Other / Beginners & Help / Hashpower help

Stupid question from a Bitcoin neophyte regarding mining.i am trying to reconcile the amount of hashpower being used in the bitcoin network and I keep seeing terahash per second ( TH/s) and exahash per second (EX/s) used in a way that seems interchangeabley.. my understanding is that terahash represents 1 trillion and exahash represents 1 quintillion.. but I cannot reconcile the quoted numbers.. one website says today’s network hashpower is 120m terhashes per second while another says the number is 120 exahashes per second.. unless I am an idiot, those are not the same number.. can anyone help me understand?
