To those who might ask (since it wasn't mentioned in OP's post). HELGRO (their token) is built within TRON network. It's a TRC-20 Token. The only good thing you'll get from having this token is by exchanging them into TRX and use TRX itself to either sell it or for dapps and other services such as online games, casinos, etc that accept TRX. At least that's what they've promised.  What's the token distribution gonna be? Total supply and how many of those will be sold into the ICO? I can't find any details about it on the website (also too lazy to read the entire WP.
