2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best time of day to send USDT to another exchange? on: September 23, 2024, 12:51:11 PM
I am from UK and a few exchanges I like to use do not let me deposit with GBP so I buy USDT elsewhere and then send to the exchange I wasn’t to use.

I have noticed in recent days that the fee varies to send USDT from one exchange to another - a few days ago the fee was 3% but the other day when I last tried it was over 10%.

Is there a best time of day to send USDT to another Exchange or is the fee random each time?

Hi bro first of all it is not clear in your post, which kind of transaction you are talking about and on which network as the transaction fees vary from the Blockchain network to the network you are using. Like are you sending from on exchange to another one, with centralized exchanges the withdrawal fees are fixed most of the times, and if you are using non-custodial wallets it depends which kind of wallet or blockchain network you are using.

In general, there's no best time you need to check the traffic on the blockchain, if there's low traffic the transaction fees are going to be lower and if it's busy more traffic brings more transaction fees and processing time. You can check the network fees from different blockchain explorers in case with different blockchain networks.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did the Bitcoin pump to $63K have anything to do with the US Fed rate cut? on: September 23, 2024, 12:43:56 PM
Honestly, Bitcoin shows positive intent on any development which is a positive sign for the risk investment markets. In my view yup, there's a high possibility that this development pushed the investor's emotions. The market moved from a strict zone to a recovery zone above 62k still before 64k support we are hanging between two resistance and support zones but it's much better compared to August.

In genral, we are on the good track, for the rest we can wait patiently only.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Using crypto fear and greed index for trading on: September 22, 2024, 08:49:48 PM
My triggers:

  • Coin - BTC
  • Buy when fear value is less than 17
  • Sell when greed value is greater than 85

Just based on the fear and greed index trading cant be reliable you need to check out some other indicators and most importantly keep events in count related to any important development in the crypto market for sure you need to know that risk management is something which varies from portfolio to portfolio so if these are your triggers seems they suit your trading style and portfolio but for those who have different plans and strategies with their portfolio these numbers can change like my case Start booking at 70+ in segments.

And below 35 start light accumulation, and below 25 make aggressive buying and lock all your buy positions and then wait patiently for the first booking and so on.

I'm sure that your friend is already in some kind of signature campaign and pay-rate would be decent to as extra money, so he introduced you to this forum, Honestly, the forum is not aiming to attract guidance who is here to promote and earn it's a side factor, the main motive is to educate people provide support and helping each other even we can discuss ideas here.

So my advice is that dont run after the money, spend some time here, and learn about the market there are may other potential opportunities to grab if you are well informed, and with that while learning you can rank-up and get a slot as well. Motive should not be $50 a week or $100 a week, motive should guide others and learn you can make $1000 a week or even more depending how how you learn and sharpen your skills.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What wallet you use for hold Bitcoin? on: September 22, 2024, 06:23:32 PM
Hi, im new in crypto, and i want to know what wallet its the best for hold bitcoin?

I've tried multiple wallets, as I dont hold much funds that need cold storage, still its a decent amount and I've stored those coins in hot wallets, not all of them in a single one but I've used the distributed wallets strategy to ensure about the security of my funds although it's a bit hard to manage all those private keys and seeds, I've done it properly. So coming to the main point I'm currently using Electrum, and some other web 3 Hot wallets like Bitget, Trust wallet, etc, with smaller amounts distributed over all of them.

If you want reliability and long-term security solution go for the cold storage wallets ASAP.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know the Bitcoin Ecosystem now supports advanced smart contracts? on: September 22, 2024, 06:18:49 PM
Do you know the Bitcoin Ecosystem now supports advanced smart contracts? Are you aware L2 projects (Layer 2) do not "damage or threaten" actual Bitcoins? They are adding powerful extra features in a layer on top of the actual Bitcoin blockchain.

Question: Are you aware of and/or using any of these new projects yet?

Honestly, the contracts supported on Bitcoin are limited in their use case, like using Taproot smart contracts with limited features, but when it comes to smart contract experience as we see in the ETH's ecosystem as DeFi and other Dapps, it's because of the limitations with language.

For L2 as you've said they dont damage the main chain agreed, but they are not the main chain this is what we need to realize.

Hi bro! Asslam o Alikum...

Welcome to the forum, not sure how people are gonna respond to this topic as it requires a lot of effort to answer each of them in full detail, I will but as general for 1st question and the last question I will answer in this post.

1: While cashing money from the surveys, I've accidentally fallen into Bounties and Airdrop for 2 months and then I took a short break of 1 year and in that time I got my payment from the 2 months' work which further led me to explore crypto market from a noob to decent investor.

10: There was no impact of crypto on my social life and personal relationships, but while exploring it, my financial life took a turn which was about to begin and I'm satisfied that as a student I can manage my living from here.

11  Economy / Economics / Re: Other businesses and Bitcoin investment. on: September 21, 2024, 08:45:00 PM
@OP I'm not quoting you!

But here is a general answer from my side to what you've said, yes Bitcoin is a good source but its a good source of decent returns over investment not income, if we further dive into the crypto market then we can realize that a professional trader can generate a decent income through his capital amount where he can manage risk by adopting a good portfolio management and trade management.

But in order to be a good trader or make a good income being a trader you need to rely on another stable source of passive income or any other kind of income which can support you while market fluctuates and your trades goes wrong. With just 1% exception rate traders can only rely on their trading income source, they might have massive portfolios to support their livings. But as an average trader, you need multiple sources.

Bitcoin and crypto market is volatile and this is the only reason it has huge potential to give good returns if the market gets stability the factor of making good returns will get eliminated too.

To avoid depression work on yourself, just dont be an investor be a good and disciplined man, follow routine, work on mental health, work on physical health, work on emotional control, and in the end work of sharpening your decision-making.

Business is good, you can take up business as first priority and expand it than accumulate as much BTC as you want for a passive source of good returns as well but establishing a business is much harder than working as an investor and trader, as in business not only your self skills are required there are many other factors but here all you need is your knowledge and your own skills to understand the market.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $230M Bitcoin Heist ; Duo arrested! on: September 21, 2024, 08:32:57 PM
This is what happens when you suddenly find yourself in a lot of money that you didn't work for. It's going to be an "easy comes, easy goes" situation. That's why I wasn't surprised that they were caught that way — with fast cars and clubbing. Back in the day, you need a well carved out plan to rob a bank or reserve and when you do, you go into hiding and possibly change countries, laying low for the longest time. These thieves did the exact opposite of that.

But then, I do have reservations as to why someone with over $200M+ will easily give in to these already known scamming tactics.

Haha, seems like you are crafting a plan, what you think can i join? I won't make such an amount of Bitcoin and in the end, we can buy an island to set up a big Mining network and accumulate more Bitcoins, Haha just kidding anyway, scammers are clever, I cant even think of that they stole such mount in a month, like who are these victims are they all newbies. A platform getting compromised sounds as there must of some technical fault but, kin of phishing scams, email threats, and other tactics should be observable, and how an experienced person can be so reckless while dealing with sensitive data.

These days scam news are another trending topic seems like, more adoption is bringing more consequences, which needs the attention of the experienced ones, they should full effort in their own domain to educate people with security concerns while moving into the crypto market investment.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Email scam demanding bitcoin - fooling the weak. on: September 21, 2024, 08:18:22 PM

Fun fact, not sure if that has been posted in this thread before, a popular scam baiter/scam warning video maker on youtube ( Pleasant Green ) just published a video about this exact scam.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU_Sw0F4qsI&ab_channel=PleasantGreen

He very well explains how the scam works and how the scammers actually do this. It's a short and interesting watch, check it out.

Hmm, thanks bro! I'm not sure if this same topic is covered in the beginners & Help section or if this is the same one I'm talking about, anyway sticking to the topic as I've made a reply on a similar topic not sure this really makes us think why privacy is important so that you can protect your identity get rest assured from such type of scams. I think such kind of emails should be reported so that any kind of legal action can taken against them, but what's the problem is in most countries the policy regarding the crypto market is not clear so people feel unsafe while talking about it on a legal forum.

Haha what about those daily vloggers especially from India-Pakistan they are in big trouble, as they sell their privacy for some bucks.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lol. Trump "makes" his first bitcoin transaction. on: September 21, 2024, 05:04:50 PM
Just like actors, they'll act to get the attention of people. He literally targeting people who's into crypto  Cheesy

Haha, and who cares bro? Do you really think that the crypto community is waiting for Trump to save the Bull run haha, honestly some crypto noobs really think that this election is the only support for the market to move into a huge bull run. Everyone is running for their own.

It would be great if someone supported Bitcoins directly by imposing regulatory policies, it can be a great help to boost the adoption rate, but without that still, we are in a growing state today or tomorrow they need to accept it.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good books about trading? on: September 21, 2024, 04:19:12 PM
Here are my personally recommended trading books

## The Psychology of Trading: Tools and Techniques for Minding the Markets by Brett Steenbarger

#### Enhancing Trader Performance: Proven Strategies From the Cutting Edge of Trading Psychology by Brett N. Steenbarger

A big thanks from my side for your recommendation, I know I've said that tutorials are better in my very first post but for the psychology and strategy building in my view books are good, tutorials are efficient for learning about the technical analysis and price action study. Hmm once again haha I was just going to ask about any recommendations for psychology but I've seen your post below a few posts of mine.

Anyway, I would like to hear I know you recommended these books because you take them in high regard but still how much would you rate them within 5 stars limit, it can give me an idea based on your observation how much effort I should put while scanning it (Scan means taking a look on it if it's terrifically nice I'll make sure to read it properly). As a few weeks ago, I got into a discussion about economic movements. Someone recommended a book on the topic (The reference was not from the Forum), but honestly, it felt like a waste of time. The book wasn’t even that long, but it was tough to absorb because of the heavy, complex language. I appreciate things that are more straightforward to digest.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ramifications of derivitive trading lock down on US customers on: September 21, 2024, 04:05:32 PM
Is it me or are there way less extreme price swings and liquidations since the us government basically closed off access to offshore sites.
Bitcoin price seems to mimic the stock exchange even closer now

I guess this makes sense since I've read the majority of crypto traders(gamblers) are in the US.

How do you guys think this effects crypto markets going forward since I don't see our government allowing sites 100x leverage anytime soon

First of all crypto traders are not the gamblers and even I dont like leverage trading but in controlled leverage, as well people are playing on their skills in this market, you cant call them gamblers, Yup those who even use the 10x+ are kind of gamblers in my views they are just ***** their assets.

It's good if they've been discouraging the high leverage in the US using their policies changes, but we need to know trading is a good way to earn a living when it comes to leverage-based trading, or trading with other funds like borrowed funds it just sucks bro, whoever is doing that stop, you are going to toward a dead end and it's a one-way road for destruction.

I love trading with the bottom of my heart haha as it leads towards a heart attack sometimes but it's good for mental health, yup you've heard right its good as after watching so many jump scares in the market you get used to it and in your social life you can control things at a better node, due to your emotional control, precise decision making and plan of action, just dont run after greed everything is good.

100X is not Greed haha its Greed Ultra Pro Max + with a special Fan Edition.

17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Simulator Project on: September 20, 2024, 08:32:18 PM
Here in my case I cant even access the site, I've tried VPN and changed the network as well, but it's not getting loaded properly even though most of the time it says, connection timeout. I've tried from different devices even from my phone as well.

Anyway, I would love to test and write my comment on it, if it starts working on my side as currently, I'm unable to do anything due to this connection error.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can I stop trade Against the market? on: September 20, 2024, 06:51:21 PM
Seems like you are not doing well in reading the price action of the market, so I'll say better to get some more information about reading the price action of the market, another you can work on to get efficient results is the market psychology you can watch the tutorials or read some good books which are preferred in psychology understanding. You can also work on emotional control, by following some strict disciplined routine it will also help you with your current problem.

Tip of the day as always be fearful when everyone is greedy and be greedy when everyone is fearful.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get a crypto asset? on: September 20, 2024, 05:20:28 PM
Exactly debt can not solve your problems rather it will continue to increase your problems, so I suggest that you trade with the little amount of money that you have to the best of your knowledge and also work very harder with all your power. If you didn't give up you will be able to overcome all your difficulties and your life may change for good. Whenever you are facing a lot of challenges in life and you are in need of money, getting loan is not the only thing that can solve your problems. Before involving yourself in any kind of debt, First of all you have to think about how to pay back the loan you are about to take and make sure you have confidence on yourself that you will be able to pay the debt without it causing you any damages. The most important thing for you to do is to think calmly. and make a good budget on how you are going to spend the loan wisely. getting loan again and again to solve one problem will bring you a lot of problems that you may find it very difficult to free yourself from them. So I advise you to forget about taking another loan, just hustle and also continuing searching for job,  and don't give up easily, and look for another way to balance your life apart from loan.

I'm not sure why you bumped this topic after several months. I just can't get the motive as there are already 60+ comments from different perspectives and it was an old and inactive topic. Also according to OP's reputation, what do you think?

For the rest, your advice is quite decent, having multiple sources of income before getting oneself involved in heavy debts, as haha you need to tackle things that how are you gonna repay first.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hits $64K: What will October bring for BTC? on: September 20, 2024, 04:22:38 PM
After great mental torture in the first weeks of September and the entire of August finally, there's greenery in the crypto market especially Bitcoin is taking my breath even though I'm pretty sad because my 19th September Bitcoin market prediction went wrong where my prediction was around $59.5k almost for a reward of 50 bucks but I'm happy that market is around $63k haha which is more important.

For October ops sorry Uptober, I'm not certain about anything as there are still some resistance levels that we are testing for a long time for a new ATH. Honestly for one thing which I'm certain is a new good ATH by the end of 2024 it can be in December or October, let's see.
