ALLBI is the first consumer-oriented cryptocurrency launched in the U.K. and Bulgaria by LEX PARTNERS LTD, a Sofia-based Service company which supports ALLBI. ALLBI aims to virtually eliminate mining for profit–the aspect of cryptocurrencies responsible for harming the environment, through wastage of electricity.

Blockchain can be largely divided into public and private chains.

Public blockchain is highly decentralized because anyone can participate in the consensus process without restriction, but since it is possible to participate without restriction, the processing speed in the consensus process may be slow and there may be difficulty in actual use.

Private blockchains can participate only by authorized users, so the consensus processing speed is fast.

However, since the number of users that can participate is limited, it is less scalable and vulnerable to security due to the presence of centralization, and it is deviating from the decentralization, the basic idea of the blockchain.

QRF Mechanism: Consensus is established in the ReapChain by utilizing quantum random numbers, public-key encryption, and public key hash for fast recognition. ReapChain is a hybrid blockchain with a dual structure that combines private and public.
