I don't recommend him. Took me my money and wanted to steal the adresses, e-mails, phone numbers of my customers on top of that. Allegedly, the bank asked for an activity report of my PayPal to see if the funds were legal. I smelled utter bullshit already but  I still sent him a 6 month activity report but didn't include details like adress, phone, email of my buyers. He didn't accept that report and said to me the bank wants to see buyer details as well. I asked him to show me a proof that the bank wants this and he sent me a screenshot of a WeChat conversation from the 23st of February written in Chinese lol. European bank btw.
