You won't find a house address just by their ip, unless you know what you're doing. My job does entitle risk and security for my own sake, you can feel free to risk it but high value information always will come at a price, even more if it's for a specific service. Anyways, if you want the address, just hmu.

I can get you his exact house address and most basic information (full name, zip code if he's in the us, isp, etc). We can use an escrow. The payment will be much higher than $100 though, and I'd say around $900-$1,400 depending on a few factors.

I clearly stated my point, it's concerning your fees and has nothing to do with the average price you escrow. Please, review what I said and instead of accusing me of post farming or such, actually comprehend it. I'm not trying to argue here, and instead understand why this forum has lower escrow rates compared to other forums that deal with the same amount of money.

Your fee is extremely low, in other communities you'll often see 3%-8%. These fees are often high because you'll entrusting them with a high amount of money, and a high compensation for their services will result in trust and long term benefit for both of you. However, you could scam $1000 and get it instantly. It would take 200 transactions escrowed by you to make that $1000. Why are your fees so low?
