It's a scam, stay away from them!
I was wondering about this too, so I contacted them asking why the details have changed.
They answered that the UK based company is actually the new owner of the website and that they have bought it from the previous owner who was from Bulgaria. So that is why the details are different, it is because the company has changed ownership.
