I signed up at bitcoin.ag a few weeks ago, maybe a month. and recently decided to play. After withdrawing the money, I immediately received an account block and a refusal to pay. THEY justify this by saying that I allegedly have a second account. This was shown by some flags in the security service. Or are you not paying for some data? Yes, I understand that I agreed to your terms when registering, but it turns out that you take my money based on information that you do not disclose? National governments have no right, but who are you?

As you were informed, both of your accounts were permanently closed due to an overwhelming amount of evidence that you have broken the site's rules regarding creating multiple accounts. Based on our security team's review, it was determined that you did this knowingly and maliciously to violate our terms of service.
Like so many others in our industry, we are constantly fighting against potential abuse, multi-accounting and fraud. Your own comment does not deny that you have done this, and seems to confirm that are well aware that what you have done is against the rules. We have no tolerance for fraud, as it takes our time away from providing exceptional service to our tens of thousands of legitimate players. Thank you for bringing attention to this matter, as it helps discourage others from attempting this in the future.
Why should I and all players believe that you are an honest company and you are not hiding behind multi-accounts so as not to pay people money?

As I noticed, I am not the first one to complain, but there is no data from you. After all, I received a blockage only when I won and wanted to get a win, for some reason everything suited you before payment. I repeat to you once again that I registered once.
