It's just marketing copy. The horse animation is pretty much the same for each horse that wins, try it out on Ropsten testnet you'll see what I mean.

Yes in the future will definitely improve graphics.

The contract fetches a random number through an oracle service and performs the calculation, (randomNumber % 8 ) + 1. So yes all horses have an equal chance 1/8 to win.

In the future I will definitely consider giving different odds to different horses. This is just the first trial of this concept. Yes would also include stats.

On the faucet website, you just paste your Ropsten testnet ethereum address into the input box labelled "Your testnet address" then click "Get test coins".

To test fairness when the result of your bet is returned on the UI all you have to do is go to the contract on etherscan. Then you can check the transaction from the oracle (the third party smart contract service that retrieves the random number, from a company called Oraclize), go to the events tab, you will see a transaction including your initial amount bet, the payout, the value of your bet (1-8), and the winning value (1-8).

check the second event (25), use the toggle on the left that says hex, and click number, for each entry. It shows in order, 1. your bet 2. winning bet 3. your stake 3. payout

Regarding different odds I agree. But this is just the first game, if it becomes successful we can expand the idea by including different odds, better graphics etc...

Ethhorses is a gambling platform. Players bet on a horse, if the bet is accurate they receive a 5X payout.

For every bet placed, win or lose, there is a token called 'Horse Burn Token' which the contract gives to the bettor, at a rate of 1 ETH : 500 Tokens.

This token also burns at 5% on transfers (every time someone transfers this token, the supply falls by 5% of the amount transferred).

The idea is to incentivize people to bet. Whether the bettors win or lose, they will receive a valuable token they can sell on exchanges.

Now, there will be a presale to fund the bankroll for the game.

And this 'Horse Burn Token' will be given to people who invest in the presale - at a rate of 1 ETH : 2500 Tokens.

1/3 of the amount raised in the presale will go towards uniswap to provide liquidity for 'Horse Burn Tokens', at a rate of 1 ETH : 500 Tokens.

This is to give value to Horse Burn Tokens. So that they can immediately sell the tokens they receive by betting on the platform.

Also investors in the presale will receive tokens 5X cheaper than the initial price on Uniswap.

In short, people gamble -> contract gives them tokens which they can sell -> instant payout based on whether you win or lose at 5x multiplier.
