Stompix, I never expected my price will be too high for somebody. Buying is a matter of personal choice after all. And if we calculate it having in mind only the area of the plot it comes at about 2.50€ per square meter as it is 1300 square metres.

Even if it someday becomes unactive you are welcome to check the proof of ownership. I have all papers on my name an can show them to your lawyer or whoever you trust. Properties in Bulgaria are transfered at a notary who makes sure the pproperty is being sold by the only owner, checks are being made in the electronic register of the court. Only then the deal can be signed and the new owner will receive his deeds paper on his name signed and stamped by notary and the court and accordingly changes made in the electronic register. Nobody can sell a property twice.

Regarding price, I priced it to sell.

You sound like a prudent man and your comment is logical.
Although, I am also a genuine person and my property is real. Please do not be put off by the ridiculously low price for a freehold property.  I have all ownership documents on my name and will be happy to show them for inspection to you, your lawyer/agent or anybody that you trust. I can also show you the property itself for the price of petrol as I live at the other side of Bulgaria.
I also stand behind my words that the area is very nice and safe, the house is 71 kilometers by good road from Burgas and the Black Sea and closer than this by road to the official entry to Turkey.
Price may sound ridiculously low and probably is but I bought it for such money about 10 years ago and now I would like to try to convert it to 0.3 BTC and see what happens.

In small village about 1 hour drive to the seaside. The house is mine, I am not an agency. 100% freehold. Nice views, nice green area,nice people, close to center of the village. Close to border with Turkey and very secure area(no crime) with lots of border police in the area.Preferred currency Bitcoin. Starting price only 0.3 BTC
