2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can I Trust Hashflare.io ? on: September 02, 2017, 02:22:04 PM
I am mining with HashFlare since June 2016. Investing into lifetime SHA256 and Script contracts. Invested around 2700USD over period of 9 months. At the day of today I nearly mined as much as I invested. On February 2017 they have improved hardware and scripts and BTC price rocketed up in price. So it gives nice return since. Problem is that they don't offer lifetime contracts anymore and all my hashflare bought be for they cinverted to new 1y contracts effective from 1sep 2017. Quite illegal step taken from their side as terms and conditions shouldn't affect egsisting purchases. They just fooling their investors (means Us)

I hope that will clear out your doubts in case of investing.
Hashflare answered the question itself. I wouldn't wonder if they would shut down their site soon. Who would buy hash for double price with low power and for only one year?
3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: YOBIT freezing withdrawls on: September 02, 2017, 02:16:54 PM
Which cryptocurrency did you want to withdraw? ETH transfers are on many services and exchangers hanging because of high traffic or sth else. Maybe you are lucky, that this is the reason for the issue in your case. But poor support seems to be a big problem for yobit.
Best luck, that you can cash out.
4  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Send 50€ from walllet to YOBIT didndt get anything on: September 02, 2017, 01:35:09 PM
What up Guys. I have a question. I sent yesterday 50€ from my wallet to Yobit but i didnt get anything. Iam waiting since more than 24h. Can someone pls explain me why i didnt got my ETH already ?.
Thanks !
On ETH blockchain itself are often issues because of high traffic. But nevertheless: Send support ticket to yobit  because they seem to answer very slow.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is IBM threatening coin fungibility? e-Currency Validation on: December 19, 2013, 12:27:34 AM
I wouldn't be too concerned just yet. IBM has a gigantic team of lawyers and an entire system set up to push out as many patents as possible. They try to make it as painless as possible to get one, all an employee has to do is submit a one page document and bam, it goes through the layers of processes and 3 months later gets submitted and the employee gets a bonus. They pride themselves on having more patents than any other company every year.

That's not to say they aren't investigating this type of thing, but be aware that they push heavily for everyone to patent anything and everything if you have an idea in the shower.

Tell that to everyone on ebay as well then.
12  Economy / Goods / Re: FS: HP Touchoad 16gb SEALED (will ship internationally) on: August 27, 2011, 12:19:37 AM
That's a little lower than what they're going for on ebay. Sure, they retail for $99, but you can't get them right now.

According to this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=39059.0 the owner has yet to pay them out.

Also makes sense since it doesn't seem that the owner would have made enough off of fees and their own bets in order to even earn that 1BTC.

Not sure if this is done or not since the site is down, but it would be nice if there was a hash before the game is played. Then give us the string after playing so we can verify there was no cheating.
