There are many reasons why PoC is better and gaining popularity day by day. It may not be a replacement of first generation algorithms but it provides new blockchains an opportunity to streamline the mining process. What's important to note is whether this algorithm is truly decentralized or not. Rest is all ok to me.

just a news: BTC has crossed 40k barrier and is again going up. chances are that alt coins or defi coins like BOOM may also join the party. dyor before jumping into any coin but its a good chance.
It's likely to be a BOOM in the near future because today BTC was approaching $45K even though it hasn't arrived yet, but if the market can always be more stable for BTC price increases, then altcoins will also experience the same thing with a few percent increase in the market. Thats right. BTC right now is touching 46k$. And its rule of thumb that alt coins move with BTC. We saw one day jump of BOOM was also associated with BTC price. Lets wait and see. |

Dont expect anything from BOOM in near future as it has already its moon short for this year. Now you can buy for long term hodling as next moon short seems not possible this year.

Deflationary tokens will take some time to go up. since they are launched with maximum supply and as the supply will go down price will go up. Main goal for dev team is to keep project alive till the time supply is decreased to create scarcity of cons. If they can do this, nothing can stop the coin from going to moon.
Who knows? May be it can rise tomorrow or it can't. But i think you have an great understanding about it. Crypto is complex and AFAIK there aren't many who understand it correctly till date. You need to jump into coin whether its PIK or any other before it leaves for moon i.e. to buy it at right price. Remember every coin has a day and you need patience to wait for that day. |

Projects launched in current bullish crypto market run don't need to depress if they are not getting due attention. Since majority of investors are busy with BTC, ETH, BNB etc right now. All you need is patience and consistency to keep your project alive till this bull run is over. Investors will turn back to legitimate projects once this bull run is over.

Right now the whole crypto community is busy in investing in BTC and top altcoins like ETH, Polkadot, doge etc. It doesnt mean that other projects should give up, keep yourself in the race. Today's doge coin was once called shit coin. Keep focus on your project development.
I do agree with comments stated earlier in this post which says that due to current pandemic there is increase demand for touch-less payment system. You need to market the idea and reach out more audience to develop a bigger community. |

Anyone have any suggestions for Storage based mining?
Something like Storj or Sia or Burst?
They all have a few things I don't like, I loved Burst but the market share is soooo small.
If you are looking to mine storage based token that has good value on exchanges also then MASS is for you. Its already on MXC, hotbit and now on huobi. Month back its was around 0.10$ to 0.30$ but now its around 0.90$ as it came back from 1.88$. https://massnet.org/en/MASS has acquired a price and is now very much stable around that price. I dont see MASS coming down from 1$ to 0.10$ anymore. Thats because of huge community of investors that are behind the project. |

The way price of MASS is increasing, its very clear that MASS will also become an expensive mining token just like PoC. Its because price of MASS is high and more and more people are coming in, very soon this will also out of reach.

Yes you can mine simultaneously but for that you need different nodes. I don't think you can do this on single machine. |

BOOM is still sleeping and price is still very very down. The way sleeping coins are going up everyday, who knows BOOM may also go up one day. DYOR before doing any such move.

These are one of the top features that i like when talking about the new technologies. Their purpose is to reduce the number of the circulating coins/tokens which means that the initial circulating supply might be so high which influences on the price and might causes a growth decrease. Burning some sort of amount when a transaction is being confirmed will bring more investors because a lower circulating supply means a higher price in the future which is just going to make investor's hype grow day by day. It's good, that rule might not be always valid but that's the deal.
I agree with your point that initial circulating supply of coin may be so high that may lead to decrease in value. Burning this massive supply to create scarcity and that too within short span may achieve the goal i.e. increase in price with less supply. BOOM started with 1 Billion coins and now the circulating supply is 782 million coins. This means there are people who are using this coin and that's why over 200 million coins have been burned so far. In coming 3 to 4 years there circulating supply will decrease to significant level. |

They have got enough fame on different exchanges as coins who decreases in numbers with time. They now need to attach some real world use case with these tokens. Once we have this, it will surely be going to moon.

In other words if you put 1000 dollars in MASS in May you''re down 650 USD and if you did it in June you're only down 400. Such a stable investment  With this logic BTC is such a useless investment, its up on one day and down on other day. Name any single crypto that is stable throughout in its history. Crypto is all about wild fire. If you need stability, invest in banks. There is no such thing like stability in crypto, its all about volatiliy. But price of MASS is stable in a sense that its revolving around 0.3 - 0.5 $. It has'nt collapsed so far, this is clear indication that its a strong coin. Thats not a god advice. BTC price is stable for so many months. You have to do research and find coins that have stable price. There are many such coins who price are stable. Bank investment is crap as it is directly proportional to inflation. |

I have tried this cloud mining and I am satisfied with what they are offering. They have ant miners which I dont have and I wanna mine btc with that. choosing ant miner at OXBTC gives you a good decent return.

BTC mining is profitable only in its early days likewise mass was profitable only before its enlistment on exchange. The real thing about mass is its consensus engine aka PoC. With MASS harnessing the power of PoC, it is expected that many more will join this.

Nothing is best then to have a legitimate company that can mine in place of you and share profit with you. I never like the hassle of setting up BTC mining rig. Try OXBTc, they look to me very legitimate company and is a good option to mine BTC.
