Sync cause alot of corruptions. Prefer one using a web browser without 2fa or if must, then accept sms or email for verification each time to login.

An important note. The data can be recover provided its not overwritten. I once spend hours writing a script then accidently overwritten it with a new script, no data recovery software could ever recover it. Ouch.
