ONBOARDING INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS Dear Friends of Flowcom, It is our pleasure to announce that we have closed agreements with a number of crypto venture funds (whose names shall remained undisclosed till they themselves clear the Due Diligence and Anti-Money-Laundry procedures). They have placed the purchase order for the entire IDO allocation of 3.85 Millions FiGs. Since this is a private allocation, these 3.85 millions FiGs are subject to a longer duration of lock. More specifically, while normal presale FiGs will be fully unlocked before mid-September, these 3.85 millions FiGs will be gradually released to our partners over the course of two years, with 12.5% released every quarter. Moreover, our partners also committed to integrate FiGs in their services, and take part in our buy-back-then-burn mechanism. We expect these newly closed partnetships and agreements shall boost the liquidity and demand of the FiGs, while at the same time limiting the circulating supply. One consequence of these arrangments is the cancellation of our scheduled IDO. Flowcom shall no longer offer its IDO on PancakeSwap, as the allocation for IDO has been fully consumed by private institutional investors, subject to a two year vesting period. The capital raised in this allocation will be used to provide liquidity and perform market-making on centralised exchange upon FiG listing. NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH BINARYX It is our pleasure to announce our new partnership with a digital asset exchange Binaryx (binaryx.com). Binaryx is incorporating BEP-20 support into its ecosystem. FlowCom’s FiG will be among the first BEP-20 project to be integrated to and tradable on Binaryx. The trading tentatively starts from mid-July. We are glad to have closed an agreement with SparkSwap Finance (sparkswap.finance). They placed a purchase order for an undiclosed amount of FiG that is subject to standard locking mechanism, and commited to integrate FiG in their platform. FIG DEBUTS AT DEFI STAGES Dear Friends of Flowcoms, We are halfway into the FiG presale, and FlowCom has attracted quite a significant amount of attention and interest. Getting investors with vested interest in the FiG and FlowCom ecosystem is just the first step in our journey. The obvious next step is to push for FiG adoption, and expansion of the FlowCom ecosystem. *Flowcom Community Update #6* Dear Friends of Flowcom, Last week was an eventful one. Doge climbed new ATH, market witnessed a brutal correction with the first ever 10k$ BTC-1h-candle, and FlowCom reached many new milestones. Recall our ultimate purpose is to bring connections to the mass. Besides 5G, FlowCom also flirts with Satellite Internet. Last week marks the first internal trial of Satellite Internet in the FlowCom platform, using SpaceX's Starlink. We tested with upto 30 devices on a single trial subscription. All devices stream HQ video at the same time. The connection sustains the load easily, with negligible latency. During the trial period, there was strong winds and rain fall, yet the connections are not affected. This is clearly a very positive sign and we are looking forward to further expand the deployment and installation of Satellite Internet in the FlowCom platform. On the marketing fronts, we have received a host of AMA and interview requests from various crypto communities across countries, including China, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Philipines, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and the US.
