I dont know if I am the person who has won too much BTC or bet on a suspicious game, but to write here there are enough proofs without any details... It is totally confusing... For me it is normal to send verification documents to the bookmaker where I registered. I dont know if this is possible or necessary at fortunejack. But this should be standard. With this it is 100% clear to have no multiple accounts. And I offered it several times... Furthermore my email adress and the details on my identity card are clearly in connection. So where is the problem?   


So for me it is clear: I have to publish this unserious action in several betting forums. If they will not payout a honest and open minded customer, I have to take the chance and will take tare of potential customers who hopefully will not open an account at Fortunejack.

I opened  a Fortunejack account some weeks ago and deposited 0,06 BTC. Because I am no betting specialist, I bought some picks over the last weeks at blogabet and made some picks with the 0,06 BTC. After some weeks and some luck I had 0,36 BTC on my account. Yesterday I tried to make my first withdrawal about 0,07 BTC. Normally this takes some minutes livechat told me. But after some hours nothing happens and I became an email:

" We are contacting you in regards to your account status. FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which is considered illegitimate use of our website.
 
In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.
 
Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:

- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.
- Withhold all existing financial resources at user's disposal.
- Permanently discard all associated accounts.
 
Please reply directly to this email regarding the multiple accounts associated with your profile.  "


I was shocked, because I never made a Fortunejack account in the past or will do it in the future.

So I wrote them my story and offered them also to give them documents like my identity card which has the same name and birthdate as my email adress. Same I did with my BET365 account and it seems to be normal for verification.

Now, some minutes ago my account balance is 0,06 BTC again!!! Whole winnings were deducted.... No email... Livechat told me that there is a case of multi accounting...
